This starbucks is in a busy location but has its own lot to park and has plenty of space. Tons of seating in and out which is nice!

Starbucks is a bit expensive but extremely delicious. They always keep their stores remodeled and up to date. Their staff is always friendly and prompt with their service. Love it.

This starbucks is quite busy and the drivethru is packed a lot of times. I thought it may take 5 minutes but man! I guess it was a bad time. But if I have to wait so long for a chai tea latte, I might as well sit inside and enjoy it with a donut.
I would recommend avoiding the drive-​thru at all costs, maybe late at night, it might be ok.

This is the closest Starbucks to my apartment. I usually prefer to try to get my caffeine fix at a local spot but Starbucks is one of the few coffee shops in town with a drive-​thru.
This location is on one of the busiest corners in Wichita so it’s regularly packed. The drive-​thru gets a little congested in the small parking lot, especially when people come to get in line from the two different entrances. Thankfully the service is fast so any jams clear up in no time.
I typically get an iced dirty chai and it’s always so delicious that I drink it up within a few minutes. But they obviously have a full menu with all sorts of coffee, tea, and snacks. But that’s the magic of Starbucks, it’s basically the same everywhere you go.

I just ordered a latte about ten minutes ago and it was supposed to be hot. I get ready to take a drink and it is ice cold like they didn’t even put any espresso in it and I even paid for an extra shot. I am very disappointed.

Why can’t you take care of the walk-​in customers better??? There were 8 people waiting for drinks when I walked in. I’ve seen 8 drive thru orders filled before 1 walkIn. It really sucks.

This location gets the job done. Be prepared to wait in line for awhile if you want to go through the drive thru. I would also suggest double checking your order before you leave, my iced coffee is frequently missing the classic syrup when I ask for it. The employees are always friendly and happy to see you though and the coffee is fresh!

This location is new (er) with fast service. They do NOT have the prepackaged meals (ie. wraps, protein boxes, omega 3 boxes, etc) that larger cities have, so that is a huge disappointment. When I sat for about 2 hours working at the tables, I found a few ants crawling on me as well as flies hanging out on the table — gross. I hope they can get a handle on the pest problem.

Great location with nice seating. I love the large windows all around the store because it brings in light and is perfect for people trying to study.
I hate the parking structure here. It’s horrible. Accidents are made to happen here with cars coming in and cars backing out at the same time. The space is too small and they need to control the traffic somehow. It also doesn’t help with the drive through because cars curl all the way back and cars can’t back out.
The baristas need more training. They have constantly got orders down without a nice clean up or fix. They are too slow with drinks and they are too boring as partners. No excitement whatsoever. They need to pick up the pace here because all I saw was cars waiting for 10 mins or more, customers complaining one after another, drinks that are made poorly, etc.
Overall this location needs improvement. ASAP!

Went inside to order since drive-​thru was backed up into street. Then waited in line to order for 3 – 4 minutes, placed order at 11:14A. Received order at 11:31A. 17 minute wait is SO too long for two easy drinks. Need I say more. Staff was trying, but needs more training… on how to save time.

Not enough seating in this place. Small parking lot, and the barista added whip when I asked for it to be excluded. I got nowhere with them. For this reason, I’ll be going to a diff location Starbuckd or finding a local place instead.

I visited this store various times in the week of 7⁄22 through 7÷26÷12. The morning staff were ok… The afternoon staff argued about drinks that were made incorrectly. Drinks that I have been drinking for years… No Zucchini walnut muffins in Kansas I guess…

Ok– the reason I swung through the drive through here was to grab something familiar and caffeinated for my drive back to Kansas City. The drive through part was great for convenience and speed, but my order was messed up and the drink poorly executed. Kinda surprising, as to my mind the point of Starbucks is consistency, but it happened. My iced White Chocolate Mocha was not White, and the Iced Mocha that I ordered, with whip, came without. I didn’t care to hold up the line for whip, but was irritated when two blocks away I realized the mocha error. I wouldn’t really have minded, except the mocha was grainy in texture, not smooth. In any case, it was caffeinated and sugary and kept me awake for the long, boring drive, but word to the wise, check your beverage before pulling away at this location.

Six two-​tops and two four-​top tables, plus four lounge chairs — perfect for studying /​work /​getting away for a bit. Wifi was fast [enough]
