I shopped for my veil here. Trinh helped me and she was so patient as I tried to decide what length, color, and style I wanted(who knew there could be so many choices in a veil!). I can be very indecisive(even more than the average bride) but I never got the sense that I was rushed or that she was getting annoyed by me which I worry about. The other staff was also very helpful and friendly and constantly asked if I was doing ok or needed anything. It was a great experience!

The first time I walked into I Do Bridal was when it had first opened. I didn’t even know it existed until I happened upon it while driving downtown. I went in with my maid of honor and looked around and talked with Trinh, the owner. A few months later at the Bridal Fair in Wichita I saw her again at a booth and she not only remembered me, but she remembered my colors, my date and had some new suggestions for me. After this second meeting I decided that I would definitely buy my dress from I Do Bridal. It was gorgeous and cost effective for my very small budget — even though there were several more expensive options to choose from. The second experience I had here was when my brother got married. I accompanied my soon to be sister in law and her bridesmaids while they oo’ed and aw’ed her dress choices as well as picked out bridesmaids dresses. Trinh remembered me then too — 5 years later.

I really liked my experience here. My fiancé and I came in to look for my dress. We aren’t getting married until next year, but the girls were super helpful. They pulled a ton of dresses for us and helped me with all of them. They were all super nice and helpful. The prices are reasonable, there is good variety of dresses, and all of them are beautiful. It’s nice they do alterations in the same place. They have a comfy viewing area for your guests and good lighting/large mirrors.

I came in here with my husband when he was looking for a tux for our wedding. First impressions are important and the girls working here screwed that up in the first two minutes. We sat down and started thumbing through tux options and not one of the four girls working at the time actually came over to help us. I guess they were too busy eating cooking and making jokes to actually make a sale. We decided after their obnoxious, loud comments they were making about a lady on the telephone that it was time to go. The girls working here are snotty and you can tell they talk bad about customers the minute they’re out the door. Avoid this place if you are looking for decent customer service.

Today was the first day I started shopping for my bridal gown. I had no idea that appointments were necessary, but the girls at «I DO» squeezed myself, 8 bridesmaid, and 2 moms in for a very nice«say yes to the dress» moment! This place is awesome and I would recommend it to anyone!

With in-house alterations, this place is top-notch. The staff is friendly, and always remembered me. I never had to go through any awkward reintroductions. The prices are reasonable, and the timelines are reliable. Would definitely recommend to any bride looking for that perfect dress. Every time I went in there I saw three more dresses that I loved! The bridal party dresses are beautiful too and this store specializes in Asian weddings in addition to traditional western ones.
