On the one hand, the Hopperoni Express doesn’t serve Wichita Brewing Company’s beer, it’s more like a mobile food stand than a truck, and wait times could get lengthy with a lot of customers. On the other hand, it’s the same wood-fired pizzas that you know and love from WBC. I have a theory that the ones at the Hopperoni Express are even better, because they get a little more time and attention in the oven, meaning the pizzas are super hot when they’re given to you, but with a good pit of char on the crust. When it comes to pizza, char is good.
