I like greyhound because it is easily available, it is usually one of the cheapest options and travel is fast enough. I know that in most any downtown there will be a greyhound. These benefits are starting to disspate and be overturned. Employees of the company are starting to deepen the negatives. Employees at this particular greyhound station have delt with customers on a customer to customer basis stating things like, «you are not them» to me. The expectation of fairness and equality is not a lot to ask. A refund and reissue policy is stated in writing at 20 dollars without restriction on the counter of reception. Many people have also said that they have not been asked to pay the whole balance for a reissuance or «transfer.» Greyhound buses here at this station have not ran according to schedule. Some have left early like the bus I missed. Some have left later like the bus I am on. I also do not understand why I have been asked to leave immediately under normal circumstances to this business situation. Simple question was: why wasn’t it an option to buy a refundable ticket? At the counter the first and only ticket they will present is a non-refundable ticket.
