My husband and I have been using Eye Associates of Wichita at the Town East mall for about 8 years. We are very happy with the quality of service we receive. When I need a refill on my contacts or just an annual exam, it’s easy to schedule and the staff files our insurance for us. They are always competent and helpful, from the staff right up to the Doctors.

This place is in a mall. There is a lenscrafters next door, but it’s not affiliated in any way. I saw Carla Mosteller, and she’s nice. If you are looking for a quick in and out, go for it. If you need anything fancy, I would probably go elsewhere. I wasn’t super impressed by the staff. They screwed up my copay and all seemed to be really new. There was also a really long wait to get an appointment, not what I expected at the mall. However, I didn’t wait long on the day of my appointment. Overall, not super fabulous, but I would go back because I don’t like to waste much time in these places.
