Mayfield Events

Laura and Mayfield events are wonderful! They went above and beyond my expectations and I couldn’t be happier! The weather ended up being icy and snowy but it went off without a hitch thanks to them! Mayfield provided day of coordination, dj, hosting, lighting and the photo booth (which was a hit!). My venue was completely DIY and if I didn’t have Laura and her team I don’t know what I would’ve done! Communication was fantastic often checking in with me as time got closer. I can’t say enough positive things about Mayfield events. I would hire them over and over again! Thanks again for all you did to make our day so special!

Laura and Jason are top notch professionals. They went over and above to give us highly effective lighting for Mayfest. Our theme and decorations required an entire ballroom periphery to be up-​lit, as well as outdoor columns in the entry area. An additional bonus: they provided 10 ft Pipe and Drape for the stage that was saturated and up-​lit for a great effect. No vendor in Wichita Falls, but Mayfield, has a 10 ft Pipe and Drape pipe and drape.
Lighting for this event was integral and they delivered and surpassed all expectations. They even made a few extra phone calls to the WFCC to arrange a date/​time for equipment drop off. Don’t know how they do it, but they actually had a wedding on the same night. They were very «up front» at our initial meeting, assuring it would not pose any problem — check, and double check… absolutely perfect execution.
I should mention that this husband/​wife team are both educators. Mayfield Events is a «moonlighting» business that provides a supplemental income. They are based in Wichita Falls but their service extends miles in every direction, (including the DFW metroplex, Oklahoma, East and West). This duo has very little «down time» with their darling young girls, but they balance it all, beautifully. No vendor will work harder to please — they surpassed all expectations at a reasonable price. Thank you Laura and Jason! I love these two, you will too!
