Walgreens

Feeling so annoyed, I would of gave this place a double negative ZERO if I could! I made purchase earlier this week of $ 59.37 the cashier that help me was having problems with my card not going thur as debit being that I have money in my account i thought that was weird, she suggested that if I like to run it thur as credit, which I did and it went through, it was deducted from account but a day later it was deducted again. I went to go inform someone on Saturday and a girl that’s appears to be a night lead talk to me and said she couldn’t help me and to come tomorrow. Let me tell you she had no customer skills, when explaining her what had happened to me she was simple minded person that showed no emotion or compassion and just advise me to come the next day and talk to the assistance Manger which I did, I talk to Omar and I showed him my alerts and online transactions in how they deducted the same amount twice, he left to the back twice, leaving me waiting and coming back, telling me they couldn’t help and to call my bank or to come and talk to the head a Manger during the week if I wanted to see if he can help me, hello I do have a life and work from 8 to 5, I was so livid and trying to control myself, I advise the assistance Manger that I will definitely never go to that Walgreen again and they just lost my business! I do have Rite Aid much closer but always choose Walgreen instead but after this bad customer service and bad experience never again!!!

I love the fact that I can come to this store and buy what I need, not have any one asking me for change or the Girl Scout standing right by the door and trying to sell me cookies. Kudos to this store. Stater bros Ralph’s and all the other big chains should take note.

If I could they’d get negative stars! I just left with my friend and her client and he has autism he carries around a mailer from party city to keep him distracted and he likes looking at the costumes they came following us out of the store and thought he stole a magazine! I’ve never felt so humiliated not only for myself but for him! Very disgraced will never give service there. I’ll definitely tell the autism community to beware of this Walgreens!

Store is fabulous!!! Aurora in cosmetics is the nicest lady ever and very knowledgeable about the products. Daniel in pharmacy is so nice he always goes out of his way too help all the patients and family/​caregivers.

was purchasing boost for my mother as they had a sale for $ 9.49 for a 6 pack and the lady told me you buy one you get the other for 50% off. WOW, what a bargain, so now my mother has about 22 packs of 6 bottles of boost, thanks to the wonderful young lady names Karina S. Looks like I cleaned them out, but they got a new shipment. all in all, its a nice clean place with all the floors clean and great customer service. :-)

My local walgreens. I love it but not sure if its because im use to it? Or its nicer than others? Yes. Cosmetic lady super sweet. Lines can get a little busy.

My first experience at this Walgreen’s was HORRIBLEEEE!!! But now it’s gotten A LOOOOOT better!!! There used to be a girl here who was very unprofessional, she would make faces at me &&; when I was gonna go into a line that she was assisting she would rush the other customers and quickly leave her counter and pretend to be doing something else telling me that someone else would assist me. Now I’m not one to say whether something is because of my ethnicity but this woman made me feel like that was 100% the reason… I knew from the beginning she didn’t like me because she always gave attitude, didn’t want to assist me. I noticed she only did this with me. But thankfully I NEVER see this woman anymore. &&; the employees they have right now are VERRRYY FRIENDLY!!! ESPECIALLY the security guard with the ponytail he’s ALWAYS greeting me and asking how I’ve been! Makes me feel VERRYYY welcome!!! He makes me want to continue being a regular shopper. :)

Great at reminding me to refill prescriptions. Wait line to get meds is another story. Make sure you have time to wait when you come to drop off or pick up. Long lines all the time.

Received my immunization here for the flu season.
Ample parking and minimal wait.

Your typical Walgreens. I usually come here for my photo needs, they are REALLY understaffed though. The people that do work here are really friendly though :)

the tall mexican lady that works at the pharmacy is a bitch. so rude and disrespectful. very very bad. on many occasions. people need to be helped at the pharmacy not get attitude

I use this Walgreens since my doctor is located next store and is set up for electronic transfers of prescriptions. Parking is never an issue here and within 10 minutes of arriving I had my prescriptions filled. This Walgreens also accept my pre taxed Wage Work visa card which is convenient.

This Walgreens is a pretty good size. They got everything… CD-​R purchase today.
