Newly remodeled Thai table(according to my brother)! i’ve never been before but i can definitely say it now looks fancy enough to have a cute dinner date, although it’s probably on the more expensive side as far as Thai food goes pretty decent portions for dinner so we were pretty full! –green curry with beef: good flavor to the curry, just nothing amazing ONEGRIPE: i wish their utensils weren’t so heavy, my hand was actually tired at the end of the meal

First time back since the remodel. It looks great! Very different from before. The food seemed to taste better too. Good stuff! The yellow curry is delicious! So is the hidden shrimp appetizer and the drunken noodles with beef but my favorite were the spicy green beans!

Really good! Lots of vegetarian/vegan option with fresh vegetables. Reasonable prices. Slow service at time.

Really enjoy their yellow curry here! I am one of those weird people who only eats one thing every time they go to a restaurant and my go-to here is the yellow curry vegan style. I tried their green curry too, which was still bomb dot com but-what can I say?- I’ve always been a yellow curry eater at thai restaurants. I’ve tried their fried tofu and vegan crispy spring rolls as well: fire! Dined in once and had no complaints with my experience. The server was nice and put up with my family’s questions and sense of humor admirably. I really appreciate that they will veganize many menu items and think that they do a great job at it. This might be an Americanized version of Thai food though to those that are concerned about stuff like that? I don’t know. All I know is that they have delicious yellow curry and I usually have enough for leftovers the next day(or not if I am feeling voracious!) One day I’ll get around to trying their version of Buddha’s Feast. Sounds delicious!

My parents had raved about this place to me for years. I had never tried Thai food before. Coming in, I instantly thought the décor was nice. This place is definitely different. I went with my boyfriend, who was new to Thai food as well, and we felt a little uncomfortable with our service. For one, we had multiple people trying to take care of us. We felt as though our relationship was being judged by every person helping us. The food was not as good as my parents claimed it to be. I do not feel the urge to come back. It wasn’t awful, but it wasn’t anything for me to rave about. This may just be because I love dessert, but I was a little upset that they did not ask if I wanted some.

There food is delicious, but the portions for the amount that you pay is tiny, compare to other original thai resteraunts. I am talking about the thai resteraunts, at Thai Town, on Hollywood Blvd. Obviously this is my first time here. The customer service was really great. I guess the only downside is the portions. I had order the shrimp scampi, and it only had 9 small pieces of shrimp. This was an entrée, and not an appetizer. This should’ve been an appetizer.

This is probably my favorite restaurant ever right now. I LOVE Thai food — I’ve been eating it since I was little, and have tried a lot of restaurants. I have to say I’m pretty picky on if I love a Thai restaurant, because lots of places don’t use enough spices or flavor. That being said, Thai Table is AMAZING. The price is great for the size of the dishes, the service is fantastic, and the flavor and taste or everything is so good! It’s also my boyfriend’s favorite restaurant and we come here all the time. I’ve started taking my friends here too so they can taste real, delicious Thai food! Their lunch specials are also amazing for the price, and so worth trying! They just redid the inside of the restaurant too and I was worried they had changed the food too, but it still tastes amazing to me! I would HIGHLY recommend this restaurant if you’re looking for a yummy, filling Thai restaurant.

I love this place! My best friend & I have dined here for years and I’m just now leaving a review. This place use to deliver but recently no longer offer delivery. It’s not too much of a bummer for me since I only eat from here when I visit my friend. My favorites are(all vegan options): the Pad See Ew, Spicy Green Beans, and a new favorite is the Spicy Fried Rice! So yummy! Before I was vegan I always got their garlic fried rice but for some reason they’re not able to veganize that. Not exactly sure why they can’t, but I’m ok with it now since trying the spicy fried rice. I usually compare all Thai restaurants in Orange County with this place, none come even close. The quality is consistent here which is a huge plus in my book. I can always count on a delicious meal here that I devour to the very last bite. I usually don’t ever have leftovers – it’s THAT good! The service was excellent when they use to deliver. I’ve only dined in once but it was years ago. When I went to pick up food last night they were nice and my order was ready immediately when I got there. I noticed that they remodeled too. It looks amazing now. Very clean and modern.

Beautiful after the remodel. Everyone in our group was happy with their meals. Portions were good sized and the price point was reasonable. I ordered the prik king, green beans were crispy the way I like them. Not mushy or over cooked. It was terribly spicy for a medium spice. But that’s just me. Great flavors. I would definitely come back. Next time I’d like to order the panang.

Ordered the Tom Yum soup and the vegetable shrimp stir fry. It was around $ 34 for both, which I think is really expensive. I concur with most, the portion sizes are bad, like really bad. We got our food and immediately thought, «okay, is this like the happy hour special or something?» That being said, the ambience is really nice and new. The food was tasty and the service was pretty standard for a place like this. All and all, it was in the middle of the road for me. I won’t come running back here, but I would come again.

This place is amazing. I ordered the lunch special of yellow curry, rice and an avocado roll. Hands down the best curry I’ve ever had. I’ve been to dozens of Thai restaurants, but Thai Table’s curry has the best consistency and flavor. Everything tasted very fresh and the waitress was very attentive even during the lunchtime rush.

New look. Same prices as previous owners but just bigger portion sizes. Pad sea eww is good & coconut soup is spot on. You can actually make your food spicy which is a relief. Reading some other reviews and people are crazy the foods good.

They completely remodeled and it looks much nicer than it did before. Very modern, relaxing atmosphere. Along with the remodal came a change in the menu. Food seems to be slightly less flavorful. Had the panang curry, pad thai, and pad see ew so far. Each of them seemed like more bland versions of what they were before. The upside is huuuuuge portion sizes(curry came in same size bowl as noodle dishes and each dish was more than enough). Overall bummed this place lost some of the authentic thai flavor it had before but still a great local place to get some thai food.

It was exciting that there is a Thai restaurant in Whittier, but unfortunately, Thai Table is a bit of a disappointment, even after their renovation. Compared to other Thai restaurants, this place is a rip off. While the space looks nice, the food isn’t so great. The servings are a disappointment and the food is bland. In other words, Thai Table sucks. Dishes are redone to look trendy, but that doesn’t make good food. I would take good thai food in a box over this any day. Everything is pretty over priced. I’m not sure why there is even a wait to be seated. Unless any of that improves, this probably won’t be my first, second or third choice for thai food.

Thai Table is possibly the worst Thai restaurant I’ve been to. I came with a group of 6 to celebrate a birthday. The wait was long even though they had several open tables. It took forever for them to come to serve us once we were seated. The food and service both were horrible. I don’t plan on coming back. Pros: Clean bathrooms. There are other Thai restaurants less than 15 minutes away Cons: Long wait Bad service Inauthentic bland food Old rotten fish Greasy dessert Small portions Pricier than other Thai restaurants Wanna-be upscale

Tried this place based on good reviews and had a bizarre experience. Had to send back the Tom Yum soup because it was flavorless(like… chili and hot water). They wouldn’t take it off the check and gave me the coconut soup instead. It was slightly better. The waitress seemed irritated. Then things got even more strange when they brought the wrong order out. My wife and I had asked for(and pointed to) the crab pad thai, but got fried rice instead. This upset the staff even though it was clearly their mistake. I was ready to walk out at this point until I tried our other order, the drunken noodles. They were perfect. As was the crab pad thai when they finally brought it out to us. Wife also had a drink with soju, lychee and calpico, but had no booze in it sadly. In short, ONLYORDERNOODLEDISHES and you will be happy. Other things on the menu seem to miss their mark and the staff and owner deliver poor service. In a parallel universe I might have only ordered the pad thai and drunken noodles, I wouldn’t have had a problem with the staff and this place would have gotten 5 stars and I would have tipped(which I did not)

What a night! We came here on a whim cause we were in the area and couldn’t think of what to have for dinner. We typed«unique restaurants» into the search tab on Unilocal and this place popped up. Upon entering the establishment you’re welcomed by an open dining set up but don’t let that intimidate you as your friendly server will be right there to take you to your seat which was very large and comfy(although my feet dangled sitting on the booth side of our table). We viewed the reviews, but figured we’d be the judge for ourselves seeing as how many reviewers commented on mostly the Americanized«fusion dishes» like the Orange Chicken and such. Although the dish was critically acclaimed we opted for the Curry Duck, Garlic brown rice and as per suggestion of our awesome waiter Elias; the Drunken Noodles with Beef in an attempt to help us step out of our comfort zone of ginger and garlic tom yum or stir fry. We had the Thai iced teas(both traditional and the lime) for our before dinner refreshments, but right before dinner service I went to the bar and was pleasantly greeted by another friendly server, I think her name was Sydney(Sy for short) who expertly helped me pick out the perfect Sake to help ease the tension of a stressful day whilst complimenting our meal. Our server Elias was prompt in retrieving our dinner cuisine from the kitchen and was so attentive in making sure we were enjoying every bite and every sip of our meal. Thai Table definitely has the flavors notes you’d expect from Thai cuisine and then some! The service is impeccable and the restaurants style, décor, and cleanliness are top notch!

Horrible! Walked in and noticed they remodeled. New ownership too? Maybe. There were no sign stating to seat yourself or wait to be seated. As I was standing there waiting to be seated I was never greeted. I looked around. Looks like there were two people working the floor. No hostess. The girl worker looked flustered going back to the bar, serving, getting orders etc… I would say I waited for about 5 minutes and decided to leave. Looking at other reviews… I probably would’ve waited 20 minutes. This was my go to Thai place but I will go over the hill to Ruen Pair in Industry. Ruen Pair’s papaya salad was always more authentic.

Everytime I’m asked what I want to eat, my response is typically Thai food. There is just something about the complexity of the flavor profiles in all the dishes that I love. Thai table did not dissapoint on any level. The restaurant is very modern and the bamboo accents are a beautiful touch. The floors, tables, china, and utensils were spotless. I ordered the Cashew Nut with Chicken, the Drunken Noodles with Chicken as well as the Garlic Brown Rice. The Cashew Nut was amazing. The sauce that was surrounding the veggies, chicken, and cashews was delicious. Creamy and spicy but not devilishly over the top. The Drunken Noodles was standard as well which is to say it met my expectations of the dish. I said, «Don’t be afraid to make it spicy.» I guess they thought I couldn’t take it. The Garlic Rice was the so gosh darn tasty. I am a garlic lover to the bone and this dish was everything I could ask for. They roast the garlic which makes a huge difference to the dish. And don’t forget to try the Thai Lime Iced Tea. It’s such a refreshing version of the traditional Thai Iced Tea which uses milk. This version does not but it makes the tea flavors really flourish.
