Last week my boyfriend got pancakes and they were sour… they used SPOILED pancake batter! Disgusting! We used to go to this Tam’s often and rarely got bad service or even bad food, but this is unacceptable. I’ve been a Tam’s customer for many years and this was very disappointing. You can get sick eating here. Beware.

This used to be a good place to come!
The food here is a decent serving, but my boyfriends chili cheese fries looked like they came right out of the microwave, and his burger looked like a fat man sat on it before they brought it to our table. And my french toast was soggy. Customer service is terrible. They were chopping the onions and my eyes are so sensitive to the onions I was literally crying in my seat because it was so pungent.

Their customer service is lacking. Go to another tams or even Toms down the street. The people behind the counter seem to hate working there. Kinda sad to see

Literally the best value on hamburgers around.
It’s not like it’s delicious or anything but they are a good size and they are pretty tasty .
AND IT’S ONLY 1.50
Also their breakfast is surprisingly good.

I come here ¾ times a week. I love it here. Sometimes we don’t cook at home so tams is our go to restaurant. I like the workers and I don’t understand why people complain about the custom service… it’s cool! I wish they served milk shakes though. Either way… good people.

Don’t come here if you have food allergies. My sister has an allergy to tomatoes. We ordered two chicken sandwiches, one without tomato. I looked at the seasonings on my chicken breast and it looked like tomato and tasted like tomato. So my sister couldn’t eat the sandwich. A restaurant should know their allergy ingredients for the safety of their customers.

I have gave them three chances to serve me a hot order of French fries even going as far as among them to please cook them well done. today we go and I order the same order as usual this time we explain that we do not want old or soggy fries and we come here for the char broiled burgers she says ok charges me extra two dollars to get charbroiled so my meal was $ 42. Asked for a receipt she said it was broken we get home fries are again not edible cold soggy and just awful the hamburgers are like they microwaved them not charbroiled at all sorry Tams we are not coming back and for future you can not be a charbroiled hamburger place if you do not turn the charbroiler we tried to eat it but just could not eat anymore

I’m so over this place. Food is decent but the customer service is horrible! I’m sure the business owner has seen the other complaints on the lack of customer service and unfortunately nothing has changed or will change. I will definitely not be returning to this establishment.

I love love love their avocado burger! The fries are always crispy and hot. Customer service is always really good and all the people that work there are really pleasant. Me and my family have been coming here since it opened and I have no complaints.

when they first opened this place was okay. They have gotten progressively worse. They now skimp on ingredients but still charge a premium price. They are inconsistent with their food meaning you’ll never know exactly what you’ll get for instance sometimes the chicken salad will have lots of chicken and cheese and is tasty other times it consists

Breakfast Burritos with their salsa are amazing. Service and attitude stinks. I always ask for extra salsa, and even offer to pay for it, and every single time they give me a hard time about it.
Some advice… Have a better attitude. If you don’t like your job, go somewhere else. Don’t treat your customers like shit. Smile once in a while too.
