Well since my last problem at this Subway, the attitude of the woman has changed into a positive experience. Everything was fine and dandy at this location for a while. That is until today. Today I decided to go pick up a sandwich before heading home to only be not welcomed by an employee called Steven. I walked in only to be stared at as I walked up to the counter and all he did was nod his head as if I am to order without being spoken to. I started getting irritated but proceeded to place my order. Prior to me place my order and walking up to the counter I had seen the worker close the fridge where they store all of their vegetables. Having seen a couple of the items I know for a fact I had seen a container containing bell peppers. Moving on with the order I proceeded to add the toppings with Steven who has yet to say one word to me and I requested some bell peppers only to be told rudely they were out. At this point I just wanted to place my order and leave before I told him something. It disgusts me to see these younger kids having no respect for their workplace when there are many people out there who would die to have his job. I hope of management pays attention to this Unilocal page and takes action towards their employees.

I was beyond humilated infront of EVERYONE that was in the line today because of a ignorant cashier. Some old spanish lady that was working today around 1:50ish tried to make my boyfriend look like he was a criminal stilling someones credit card that wasn’t his and she did it in the most UNPROFESSIONALWAY. My boyfriend is African American and his name is Darryl so yes I can agree that people might not think his name matches his profile. But the lady could of just asked to see ID to verify if the card is his & it would of took less than 30 secs. But instead the cashier decides to play FBI& asks both of us if the card is ours and if it’s somebody elses card we are using like giving us a hard time. She has line and she is holding up the line. I absolutely love this place. I was shocked to see all these negative comments. People make mistakes, it’s not easy pleasing everybody and trying to make things perfect. Olga the manager may be quiet and conserved but you can tell she takes care of the customers and you can tell she takes pride in what she does and how she runs this place. Let’s not forget to be human and share some kindness… stay positive and always remember a kind gesture goes a long way!

Pretty bad attitude with the older lady she wouldnt smile to any customer. I asked her for a food tray and they dont have then at this location and then i asked for a cup of water she said we dont have cups and i asked for a soda cup to have some water she said this inventory and i cant give you… Needs some customer service

Worst experience ever got helped by a lady named Olga she clearly doesn’t know what she is doing on a rainy day your suppose to get a soup free when ordering a 6 inch and drink she charged me for the soup I then told her and she said she could not do anything about it I asked why and she said«because I already charged you » exactly you charged me it’s not my fault! The soup was disgusting I threw it away. Smelled and tasted old.

I was scrolling through the comments people have posted. I saw so much negatively and hate to the manager and other employees. Every time I go to this subway location I always have a postive experience. The manager and other employees have good customer service. I have worked at a fast food restaurant before and its very hard to keep every customer happy. I will definitely come to this location again.

I love subway always have but the freaking guy that works there sucks he’s always all sweaty wiping his forehead with his arms skimps you of almost everything in your sandwich last time I said no mayonnaise at the end of doing my sandwich he puts a bunch of mayonnaise all over it and asks oh do you want another one no I think I’m good I would not recommend this subway because of this freaking guy!

This is the worst subway I have ever been to. The service is horrible. They are so skimpy on everything. I should have just made a peanut butter and jelly sandwich at home instead of wasting my money here. The lettuce was brown so I couldn’t get any. I ordered a BLT and they only gave me 2 slices that were soft and chewy. When I called the lady Olga could careless. I even told her I was gonna Unilocal and she said«whatever that’s fine» How are they still in business. What happened to taking pride in your work?

Customer service is good. Nice people work there. I’m gonna stop going here because each time I observed the lettuce was brown and tomatoes were wrinkled. I’m no expert but that’s not a good sign, at least I’m guessing. I was in a rush so ordered meat ball sub to avoid getting veggies. The issue with the veggies has occurred each time I’ve been their, they need to fix this.

First off, I’m not a Subway fan to start, but me and my friend were hungry and on a time schedule so we decided to share a sandwich. We got a turkey sub and things were going good until the girl making our sandwich asked us if we wanted oil and vinegar on it; we said yes so when she went to put on the vinegar I guess maybe the cap was loose on the bottle and a LOT of vinegar was poured onto my half of the sandwich. I’m not kidding it looked like half a cup! It was such a significant amount that my mouth dropped upon seeing how much vinegar was poured onto it. The thing is is that the girl had to have noticed, and I’m sure she did because she was looking at the sandwich from what I remember, yet she still gave the sandwich to us like that! You would think she’d offer to make another one since she accidentally poured a gross amount of vinegar on my half, but she didn’t. I told my friend who saw part of the incident, but we decided to just change my part of the bread at her house for other bread thinking the meat and other veggies were salvageable, but in the end they really weren’t. When we got to my friend’s house and opened the sandwich the bread was sooo soggy and reeked of vinegar; part of the bread was even a red color like the vinegar! Some of the meat and veggies were okay, but overall not great. I wish I would have had it remade, but oh well. Anyway, I was disappointed that the girl even gave the sandwich to us like that. She didn’t really seem pleased to be there anyway so either she didn’t realize how much vinegar was accidentally poured on or she didn’t care. Overall, not a great sandwich experience.

This is a really bad Subway! And I go to Subway a lot. Asked for extra olives, she gave me 3 more. I asked for more, she said she wasn’t allowed to. I didn’t have cheese, only had spinach, onion & olives. No sauce no nothing. Told her that and she just said sorry. Gee, how much do olives cost when I’m not getting all the other stuff! They obviously don’t read their reviews on Unilocal because it’s full if similar complaints.

This is the worst Subway ever. Asked for more spinach and she said she can’t because she’s not allowed to do it. Asked for a water cup. She said they didn’t have any. And no apologies, or let me give you one of these other cups… Just very rude and very cheap. Not a hospitable place you would want to come back. They make you feel bad for patronizing their business.

Thanks to your store I will never eat at Subway again. Was rudely greeted and started ordering my sandwich. then I noticed there were knats flying around the vegetables. I told the lady working and she just stood there not knowing what to say. It became clear that she was not going to offer me fresh food with without bugs. I paid, walked outside and threw the sandwich away the next morning I called the manager and argued with me about having clean area. I tried to explain to her what knats are and it was like she didn’t speak english. DON’T EATHERE, IFYOUDOTAKE A GOODLOOKATTHEFOODAREABEFOREYOUORDER. Don’t bother to call the manager she is rude and will just argue with you, call the corporate # 1800−888−4848

Wow, this has to be the worst subway I’ve ever visited. The young lady who helped me out was great! She made my sandwich exactly how I asked for it. But the older lady(Olga, who apparently is also the manager) who helped out my sister was absolutely out of line. My sister asked for extra pickles and was told that she wasn’t allowed to put any more. This was the first and last time I will ever visit this place. Bottom line: Do not visit this subway location.

Been coming to this location for years. It’s located in the back of the shopping center and it’s relatively small like other subways. This one is always clean, the staff here is constantly changing. Majority of the time it is crowded due to high demand. The sandwiches are decent depending on your taste buds. I usually stick to my favorites which are the Italian BMT, roast beef & sweet onion chicken teriyaki. When it’s cold outside I’ll order the meatball marinara toasted on wheat. Can’t really go wrong with subway, their food is fresh and satisfying. This location does have a few tables where you can sit and enjoy your food. They also have a patio area on the side where you can enjoy the fresh air.

Good fast lunch location close to the Red Cross if you are taking courses at the Rio Hondo Red Cross. Fast and friendly service! Clean location and plenty of parking.

I love coming to this Subway. Staff is always very attentive and friendly. Unfortunately, it seems like others have had a bad experience, idk maybe it was some rookie or something but as far as my experience my sandwiches have always looked happy not SAD-WICH

Place has shaped up, sandwiches are awesome and made to my satisfaction, my sandwich artist was George, he spreads everything out evenly and puts even proportions of everything I asked for, definitely coming back! Clean environment! That’s always a plus!

I visited this subway this past Thurday to grab some lunch. There were two men in front of me and a lady and two men behind me. There were 4 girls working and everything was still chaotic. The girl that originally helped me was very rushed and the lady who finished up my sandwich made a mess. She didn’t lay out the veggies evenly only half the sandwich had jalapeños cause that’s where she put them. She put two leaves of spinach on a foot long sandwich, and when I asked for more she only added two more leaves. It seemed like she was way more concerned with the men behind me than the task at hand. When I opened my sandwich in the car the bread was ripped and the veggies were all out. I wish I had seen her wrap it because she didn’t even put the white piece of paper around my sandwich. It was a huge mess and the mustard and mayo were all on the bottom of the bread and on the paper. I’m a huge fan of subway, but I don’t think I’ll be visiting this location again. I was very disappointed in their customer service and quality control.
