Quest Diagnostics

I came here to get lab work done for my annual physical. I made my appointment online, which was a great idea because the waiting room was full with walk in appointments. I thought I’d get there early but still had to wait for my appointment time.
The staff was ok but were rude to other people and appeared to be overwhelmed. I happened to see a friend while there who had an appointment but was overlooked. She wasn’t treated very nicely when she brought this to their attention.
I was called in and the Phlebotomist took some time to process my lab orders from my Dr’s office. The first attempt at drawing blood didn’t work so we had to switch arms and finally found a working vein.
I usually go to the facility in Fullerton where everybody is nicer and not as crowded. I’ll remember this next time I need blood work done.

Came to this location today because it is close to home. I made a same-​day appointment online for 2:15pm, showed up at 1:45pm and there was only one other person waiting. The girl at the front told me to sign in as a walk-​in and I’ll be seen sooner. So I signed in and was taken to the back within a few minutes. The lady that drew my blood was fast, the draw was painless, and she was very sweet. I was out of there by 2pm. I was very pleased with my experience here.

Ive had a good experience at this place. I came here a lot during my pregnancies and Im glad I did because I have rolling veins and getting my blood drawn was a nightmare before coming here. Make sure you make an appointment because this place is always full.

I’ve been here a couple of times. I make it a point to make an appointment because they’re always full. I try to request Yessenia although she is a temp, but she is the best! I feel very comfortable coming here because I know I will be treated well and they are very thorough in getting it right. I will continue to come here as long as I need it!

Worst place ever. I suggest the quest on Colima and Whittier Blvd. The location on painter is ALWAYS over crowded. The people who work there are so damn rude. Just. Bad. All bad.
