Nancy was very patient with me and helpful as i spent over a year looking for my home. She helped me so much in putting all the pieces together and to accommodate my busy schedule. I truly felt that she was looking out for my best interest. I felt that i have built a long term relationship with Nancy.

dont have much to compare because this was my first home purchase…
likes:
direct and honest from the first phone call.
made herself available even the night before her son’s wedding.
when we wanted to make an offer she made it happen within a couple of hours
(literally from scratch).
answered all our questions and if she did not know something (which was rare) she looked into it right away.
liked less:
sometimes had a stern face, like she was upset.
occasional condescending tone.
used her home inspector who (looking back) was mediocre .
wish we had a timeline/​outline of the entire process.
in the end we had our home and were happy with the process.
