Jack in the Box

They serve cold food. COLD Tacos to be exact. What ever happened to «We don’t make it till you order it»? BULLSHIT.
They obviously premake food and let it sit there for hours under heating lamps. As evident with the food I purchased last night.
They don’t even deserve the 1 star that’s listed.
Unilocal should allow an option for ZERO stars.

They need more people on the register and when gave me my order was wrong and they had an attitude

Great service and got all my order right the young man working the counter very courteous.

I found a worm in my burger… I showed the manager and she laughed and said «whoops» and offered another burger. I declined and she gave us a full refund. That is so gross and her reaction was dumb. Never going back.

I only come here when I am drunk at midnight, but the staff is always on point. Seems like this spot gets a lot of shit, but I give them credit. Always get my order right (even if its 98% tacos), and they’re fast! Wish they would dish out more secret sauce though. Nomsayin’?

I hate mayo. I always order with no mayo. Tonight was no different, AND they got the order right on the screen! I even asked at the window if the sandwich was made without mayo.
I was rudely told yes as I was given my change.
Sadly, the spicy crispy chicken had lots of mayo! Did they put on extra?
The worst Jack in the area!

Since I moved to the area this has been the worst Jacks I’ve been too. They always forget to add something. Which sucks cuz we pay money for it. This is why I rarely go. Jacks is really my last. Very last choice for junk food around here. Hate the service, and I hate babysitting them to see if I get my order right. Not cool

Everytime I come here something is messed up! It sucks cuz i live close by :/​just went through the drive thru and how the hell do u mess up my order up? Instead of chicken strips i get egg rolls? Srsly how the hell do u get that wrong? Damn it, its late and im sending my man back to fix it… Ughhh LAME SAUCE!!!

Talk about munchies coming here at 2 o’clock in the morning to get some tacos jumbo jacks and some more tacos the food is good and the Service fast I’ll have any complaints about this place but it is good that they’re open ²⁴⁄₇

Worst service ever !! The last two times I’ve came here its been drive thru it’s been so bad ! Especially the night shift staff. They suck so bad it’s ridiculous !! They are so rude when they take the orders over the speaker. I ask for condiments and when I get home there is no napkins and when I clearly ask for buttermilk they pretend to get me some and I get home NO buttermilk !! Tonight I went to get a salad and before I drove off I noticed I didn’t have no ranch or fork and I asked the girl at the window and she rudely respond there’s some in the bag and I pulled the salad out and said look no fork no ranch no napkins ! She quickly rushes to get them and quickly hands them to me all bothered and just walks away without apologizing or saying thank you! They are the worst employees I’ve ever encountered! I swear that’s the last time I’m ever going to this jack in the box !

They do not listen to you when u order. Then when they are called on it they blame the speaker for the issues. Was informed by mgmt to have a follow up when l called 1800forjack jack fell off his beanstalk and never followed up

The service is fast but… It lags on some other aspects. It’s convenient by being open 24hrs and the breakfast menu available all day.

This Jack in the Box is a mere handful of blocks from my house. Food always great. Customer service always on point. Drive-​thru open 24hrs. What more could you ask for?

The customer service is OUTSTANDING at this Jack In The Box. Alicia who helped me was very knowledgeable, accommodating, quick and the food was great. I loved my experience today so refreshing.

These guys are awesome. The King taco around the corner from them closed at 3, so I walked my drunk ass to jack in the box since I knew the drive thru window is open 24 hours.
The food is just so-​so, but i’m grateful that the staff ignored their company policy, and served a walk-​up.
No, i’m not here to rob you, no, i’m not begging for drugs or sex. I just want a jumbo jack with fries.
