Chipotle Mexican Grill

Terrible customer service! I have been eating at chipotle for years now and this location has to be the worst I have ever visited. No smiles, no thank you, and with six employees working and only two customers at noon on a weekend they struggled to get my order out with any type of haste. Your better off going to the taco bell across the street!

The food is good, I order a burrito which I enjoyed. That’s not why I’m writing a review. It’s to thank and show my gratitude to the young lady that works there, she passed along human kindness when a individual asked if he can have something to eat. Thank you…

So I finally got convinced by co-​workers to give this dump another try and guess what… they no longer take online orders… haha…they just can’t seem to get it together.

I have a love/​hate relationship with this place. I love the food, don’t like the employees. They always look like they hate their job. I’m sure that there’s plenty of other people that would be glad to take their spot and provide great customer service along with a smile. I know personally that dealing with customers can be draining and frustrating, but your job still requires you to serve them! So smile! Remember no customers = no hours = no pay check. So please be a little nicer guys. :)
Bottom line:
Good food, employees look miserable.

Worst chipotle I’ve been to! I should be getting top notch customer service for the price I paid! I had to repeat my order to the guy 4 times!!! Burrito and tacos are not that hard to understand. Come on!
I ordered guacamole and pico de gallo for the side of tacos but when I got home they weren’t in the bag. But I was charged for them (ruined the whole tacos)
Sorry chipotle with all the bad press lately I don’t see you sticking around very much longer (peace)

Burrito bowl gave me GNARLY food poisoning.
After I got my food, my friends made a few jokes about how I was gonna get salmonella from eating there… well, THEY WERE RIGHT.
I actually went to the ER because I was so ill.
NEVER EVER AGAIN!

Pros — customer service is pretty good I’ve been here prob about 10 times now and it’s always been decent. The lines are always pretty short.
The bad thing about this place is the portions. This place has to be the stingiest chipotle. I only come back here because it’s close to where I live.

Zero stars! Unilocal made me pick at least one star… Thanks alot. I got food poisoning from this Chipotle yesterday. I was up all night with diarrhea and throwing up my barbacoa burrito bowl. Don’t ever eat here! I feel like crap!

If I could give this loction ZERO stars I would! They are always the biggest disappointment! They never have their ish together! It’s always something– today they’ve run out of both chicken and steak. Fabulous and instead of being apologetic about their issues they are always rude and ignore the issue, which i think makes it worse! Hate this location, I always come back after a few months because its the closest to my house and I’m hoping their management has changed. Nope, not the case!

Decent food in a hurry. I gave it 3 stars based on restaurants of the same caliber or it would have been less if comparing to finer dining. I would go there again, but I’m not in a big rush.

Came here to grab a bite since lazy for the weekend and the food was fresh and amazing.

Great food there very fast and extremely nice here try there steak burritos there terrific there guacamole is excellent good service.

Love Chipotle. Hate this place. Guy served us like half of the usual portion of a bowl. They also do not have good customer service.

This was one of the worst Chipotle experiences I’ve ever had. My friend and I were in the area so we decided to stop by but it was sucha mistake.
They skimped on all the ingredients. my bowl looked soo pathetic. Nothing tasted fresh, the cheese tasted questionable as well.
The only thing that was good was that they gave us free drinks because they ran out of corn.

I was duke for awhile, it used to be a solid 4 stars here. But from hair in the beans, to extremely radical variances in meat proportions this place is just not worth its high price tag. The organic chocolate milk is processed to not need refrigeration and have a longer shelf life. That is not very organic.
The taste is still great but the concerns over the hygiene is going to keep me from returning.

Ordered a steak bowl tonight and was absolutely disgusted by the meat being not thoroughly cooked!
I noticed the meat was rough and extra chewy. Upon spitting it out I saw it was pink and practically raw! This is completely unacceptable! I will not be coming back to this location.

Love the burritos and burrito bowls. They stuff the burritos pretty good and I am always stuffed after. They also have salads as well.
Ordered a steak burrito and chips with guac on the side. (Yes the guac is extra lol). Lunch time was a bit busy, but they have extra staff to help keep the line going quick.

That’s how I feel every time I walk into this location. Don’t get me wrong, I love Chipotle and have had wonderful experiences at many other locations. But seriously, this location leaves me upset almost every single time. The only reason I go to this location is because it’s the only remotely healthy food option around my work.
The food is great and consistent with other Chipotle locations. I’m a huge fan of the chicken and the sofritas. I like that you always see fresh meat being grilled on the grill behind the service line. However, I hate feeling like the employees are doing me a huge favor by taking my order. I also hate repeating myself 3 times, every time I am asked a question, because the attention span of the server is that of a goldfish.
This isn’t highschool, this is the working world. Stop messing around and flirting with one another, and do what they pay you to do. Ain’t nobody got time for that.

I am a huge fan of Chipotle. I prefer this over any fast food any day. This particular location is small and does not have a lot of seating inside. There is some seating outside but not a lot either. The staff is always different when I come and I have never been «wow’d» or felt it was great customer service.
I love the taste of the food. I get the chicken bowl with their lime rice which is the best. I also get it with bell peppers, black beans, corn salsa, lettuce, cheese, red salsa, and little sour cream. Most places always charge for sour cream but they let you have it for no charge. If you want guacamole they charge you like $ 1.50 or something like that. Don’t forget a side of their chips. They are lime flavored, so good! The bowl alone is a lot so it will fill you up. Prices are okay, about $ 6+ a plate but to me it’s worth it. Definitely one of my favorite places to eat.
Their kids meal selection is small. I wish they had an option for like a mini chicken bowl, but they have quesadillas and my daughter doesn’t like them. You can also get the chicken bowl as a burrito which is still as good. If you are looking for less calories than no tortilla is obviously better and I think it tastes better too.

This Chipotle is always empty and I can totally see why. Their food is like every other Chipotle but their service is oh so sad. Maybe the Downey location had me spoiled with their awesome customer service that I just assumed all locations would be the same.
WRONG!
If the kids that work here aren’t messing around with each other, they are busy messing up your order. I had one of them ask me what I wanted in my bowl and then turn around and start a conversation with another employee the second I opened my mouth to answer his question. Rude!
I usually go with my brother and the last time we were there I told the cashier I was paying for two burritos (they were still working on my brother’s order) but somehow she managed to charge me the next person’s order as well. Maybe if she hadn’t been busy fooling around with the other chumps in there she would have actually HEARD me tell her what our order was. Rude!
I say skip it. You will walk out pissed off and with the wrong order anyways.
