This place is awesome! The service was excellent and the food was pretty good. The décor is good and so is the atmosphere. The rewards program seems promising so I signed up. I got the chicken enchilada soup and a fresh mex plate.

Can you put some meat on those ribs? I ate here a week ago. So disappointed on the quality of the food. For starters my drink was dirty the cup wasn’t washed throughly, secondly I got my side of corn on the cob after I ate my meal smh… Waitress ask«they never brought it out?» Uhhh no your my waitress lol. You would think we get like a discount but no. My boyfriend was generous(always is) and tips her and doesn’t complain about anything. I hope they improve in the food ., it’s too pricey just to get a couple of pieces of food on your plate SUCKS

So we go to Chili’s since they are offering the $ 5 Margarita. I asked for a blinded margarita. What do I get? I get this watered-down worse Margarita I have ever had… I asked our server to take it back to have it made more slushy… My mistake, it comes back with a shit load of form like it was poured out of a beer tap. I guess its my bad for expecting the bartender to actually know how to make a blended Margarita. I’m so disappointed! I gave two stars cause our server was pretty good… Other then that, this trip sucked!

This Chili’s is just… Fine. The service always takes too long and while the wait staff is friendly, overall this location is just incredibly slow(note: this applies to dine-in and curbside to go, where I’ve more than once had to her out and go in after an extensive wait).

After a long day of work I wanted to chill at chillis and enjoy a meal. I wasn’t expecting to be greeted and waited on by This amazingly upbeat gal Ali, she was on it 110% we never had to Ask for refills, she checked on is frequently and I observed her working the bar area like the rents was due!!! She is exceptional and deserves to be recognized by chillis. Thanks for the exceptional experience Ali.

A bit dissapointed… purchased the traditional bottomless chips/salsa waitress never brought a second batch. why call it bottomless if its just one round. . Ordered fried pickle chips as well. but it came with a tiny shallow ranch cup and waitress zipped away too quickly.. not giving a chance to request more ranch & chips.& salsa? Wtf. where did she go? The table across me & behind us had such attentive. friendly smiling waiters. i had to ask THEM for napkins.. Ranch. etc. Finally get my food. chicken bacon avocado sandwich. . Dry. bland. and the bread was so darn hard… i dont understand why some cooks dont know how to send a soft or crunch sanwhich. ROCKHARDISNOTGOOD. besides its 80% bread. not a good chicken to bread ratio. BACON was perfectly crispy. but. it was so darn tough & dry I wasnt given french fries. i was given FRYBITS. lol and they were cold. booo. Anyway i took 1 or 2 bites. sent it back. it wasnt worth the bread wrestling match. she didnt offer or ask if i wanted anything else. she just took it away. and… To my surprise the sandwhich was LEFT on my bill. waitress as usual was NOTAROUND.. I guess i could ask for the Manager? He would havemtaken the sandwhich off. But… then you guys would have not been warned about the unsatisfactory experience. . Anyway.. I wont be going back. last 2 times ive gone. ive been unhappy.. Trip before that was ok. but ribs were old tasting We Never got a check.. Had to use that device on my tablenthat allows you to pay. a bit inpersonal… but i was forced to pay for a meal i didn’t eat or enjoy. Unless they start correcting these issues. i wont be back. Tip? HAH i tip when ts EARNED. i refused to leave her anything. . I always tip. i over tip in fact. but this wench. uhg. learn some basic courtesy skills.

Here at chili’s in the bar area and the service is slow real slow had to finally stop the waiter and ask if they are going to take our order, after they walked by us a bunch of times. wow! not good today, maybe management needs to give them more help or help them out. but both the waiters are nice but the service is slow.

Absolute worst service I have ever experienced! The food was delicious tho! I could give the food 3 starts but the service I wish I could give no stars. The waitress didn’t know the beers on draft off the top of her head, she had to go ask. She left our food & never came to check on us until about 20 minutes later, never offered ketchup so we had to get our own from another table! Finally asked her for napkins & she had to get some because she didn’t have any on her. She was never be to be found either she would always disappear. Such terrible service! Needs to be improve especially since I’ve been before and it’s been better plus it was very empty for a Friday night! & parts of the restaurant where closed, it was only 10:30! They closed at midnight. Never again!!! Avoid avoid avoid.

Matt West our server for lunch and was exceptional and that is hard for me to stay. He was super upbeat, friendly and very attentive. He is a gem and I would hire him a in millisecond. Overall experience was great but for extra eyes the building needs some deeper cleaning, high dusting, high chairs and restroom need some attention. I wouldn’t change may rating for Matt and the food was great but for the management team. Thanks Matt we will be back and ask for you.

Brought the family into chilis do to its broad menu choices. It was nice to see they added more food items to the menu. The food was fresh and good. Our service was very good. The only downfall is that there is always a wait to be seated. Whittier needs more restaurants available to its community. I will be back!

I was slightly disappointed with the lack of chilli’s available on their menu. I must admit the fact that I could not get habaneros with my burger was just absurd. However they did give away complimentary tablets. 10⁄10

My boyfriend and I keep coming here for the extra cold beers & sometimes the appetizers. I also love the Honey Chipotle Chicken Crispers. That sauce is amazing! I’d buy it in a bottle if they sold it.

I love chili’s and their food but this particular location is horrible!!! I work in the area so given that lunch breaks are so short I ordered the food and was told 15 mins. To be safe I went after 20 mins. My food was sitting there getting cold without them caring to add the extra stuff I had ask for plus was charged for. When I get there, it wasn’t busy but they didn’t bother to finish my order till I was there. On top of it I was okay with them charging me extra for everything except the plastic fork but when I paid for extra Sauce on my hot enchiladas, can some one explain to me how cold sauce from the refrigerator is suppose to be added to my warm meal? How hard is it to warm up what you have charged me for.(I paid 3.00 extra for a little little cup of sour cream and red sauce!!) Doubt I’ll ever go back here

When we got here, the party before us was losing their shit over having to wait for a table. Apparently two parties who arrived after them got a table fist. They talked to the manager and left vowing to call corporate. After they left the manager blew them off and the hostess said they were just drama. Manager says something like don’t leave the front along and let me buss the tables and tell you which ones are open. I’m finally able to give my name, the hostess was apologetic and I was told it be about 10 minutes. The place was deserted but whatever. The manager yells to the hostess the numbers of the corresponding tables that are ready and two separate couples come in about 3 min apart. She tells them the tables are being cleaned and will be open in a few. One of the servers comes over to help & the hostess says that she has to go see if there are any clean tables. I see that she’s bussing some tables. When she comes back she asked all of us waiting who was next. Really? You didn’t write names down? You are the hostess! But wait, she was bussing tables, too, leaving the hosted area alone which the manager had just told her not to do and didn’t he just buss the tables himself?! Thankfully the other people waiting pointed to me and I piped up and asserted that indeed I was next. Then we meet our server, Robert. He clearly doesn’t want to be there. He’s polite but isn’t there to make sure we’re comfortable. We order, he makes no suggestions, no extra effort. We forgot that there was a difference between reg & loaded mashed potatoes. Robert could have asked but he was trying to spend this little time as possible with us. Mind you, the place is still not full! He walked by and tells us our food will be out shortly but it takes a while more to get the food. My plate is pathetic. Steak, tomatoes and garlic with some afterthought of a sauce. I’m halfway done when Robert stops by to announce that my salad will be right out. What?! I didn’t even realize my entrée came with a salad. I’m 80% done with my steak and tomatoes when a salad and ranch dressing appear before me. I don’t really do ranch dressing but I say nothing because I silently pray that the party that arrived before us do call corporate. This will teach me to come back to this particular Chili’s. Then I remembered Unilocal. The manager can’t manage. His employees don’t do what he tells them. We got the check and Robert didn’t even ask if we wanted dessert. I gave him a dollar and change as a tip even though my receipt was helpful enough to let me know what a 15% tip was. Why doesn’t it say what good service is? Or what Chili’s in the area has exceptional service? I won’t be coming back.

Beer was good after they got it right! My hubby didn’t really want to eat here at Chilis on Whittier Blvd in Whittier at The Quad because it seems like the service keeps getting worse every time we go! Tonight was the final straw and we will not return except to use our gift card we were given by the manager and we will probably use it at the bar no food! So my hubby and I order the exact same thing Chicken Breast and Grilled Shrimp with Broccoli and Asparagus how hard is that??? The waiter brings us Chicken and Ribs and we said we didn’t order Ribs and he said your right my bad let me take it back and correct it. We are not fans of having food sent back we didn’t want to believe they would do something to our food after all we weren’t complaining about how it was cooked! He should have just said go ahead and keep it and I will bring out the Shrimp but no they probably wanted to use it for somebody else! Gross!! So he brings us new plates minus the Ribs and says your Shrimp will be out shortly, so hubby downs his plate and of coarse I eat a couple Shrimp once they come out and a couple bites of Chicken and one Asparagus and I’m full due to eating too many chips with salsa so I decide to take it home, once I transfer my food to the container I find the Asparagus tag shoved in the middle of the bunch! WTF didn’t you have to cook them! So obviously intentional! Hubby had a conniption, use your imagination, lots of yelling and F bombs! hopefully someone videotaped it and put it on YouTube! Frkn BS!!! Never again!!! Do Not Send Your Food Back for any reason! Who knows what else they did! Stay tuned for picture, you bet I took one!

We went for lunch with my coworkers. We were not expecting much, but since the place was almost empty we couldn’t believe how slow the service was. Two of us ordered the«all you can eat» enchiladas and after 20 minutes we got something wrapped on tortillas. It wasn’t bad but it didn’t taste like enchiladas. When we ordered the second plate, we waited so long that even the server asked us if we wanted them to go(we did). If a restaurant has problem serving an almost empty place, I wonder how it is when they are half full.

I bring my family at this location once a week… The service is usually good. Today it took 20 minutes to get seated at 2:30 pm on a Tuesday afternoon. There was no greeter… After being seated it took another 10 minutes to get any server to come service us. The chips for the skillet queso was raw — under cooked and the food came out cold Besides chocking and thirsting to death cause or drinks weren’t refilled on time All servers seemed like they avoided their tables and the front doorway… Really disappointed with this location now Probably will not go back again. Really poor service.

Service could have been a little more attentive but the food was so good it overshadowed it. The wife and i got the 2 for 20 deal and we both got the classic bacon burgers. Not sure if they changed the recipe but man on man was it tasty. The pleasant part was that the bun stayed together so well. Sometimes the buns fall apart but this one was SOLID! Not to mention that the chips with guacamole that was our appetizer filled us up.

Not much of a Chili’s fan, but my husband and I had a gift card and decided to have lunch there. We were impressed by the change of decorations and styling of the place. Makes the ambiance less Applebee’s like, cleaner and more chic. We ordered the smoked bone in wings, chicken quesadilla, and margarita chicken bowl. Compared to past experiences at Chili’s, this was definitely a one up from what I could recall. We enjoyed all of it and had no complaints. Great flavor, texture, and presentation. Service was also great: Very friendly and courteous. The restaurant wasn’t as packed, but the staff still worked as a team to bring out food and take plates. Overall, a surprisingly good experience. We’ll have to go again and check out more options from the menu before giving it a five star.
