AAA Automobile Club of So Calif

The Auto Club is good for roadside assistance and trip information, BUT THEIR INSURANCE DEPARTMENT IS INCOMPETENT!
(This facility is now located at 16 041 Whittier Blvd, Whittier, CA 90 603.) My son went into the facility and registered his truck on NON-​OP. He has another vehicle to drive. Two months later, his insurance was up for renewal and they were charging the regular rate. The non-​op rate would be $ 500 less for the year. He went into the facility again in mid-​February to show them the receipt for non-​op. They should have known, since he put it on non-​op at this location.
March came and they still had not corrected his new bill. He went in again on Tuesday, March 3 and spent about 45 minutes with a man who looked it up in the computer and said the non-​op was in. He spent 20 minutes on hold on Friday, March 6, then hung up. As of March 8, it is still not corrected. This issue should have been done by the Auto Club without my son going through all this trouble.
BOTTOM LINE: IF YOU HAVE STATE FARM, FARMERS, GEICO, OR ANY OTHER INSURANCE, DO NOT SWITCH TO THE AUTO CLUB.
