This guy Richard reached out to me after I published an ad for my bathroom renovation. I needed plumbing work done in the bathroom. He tried to tell me I also needed a plumber for my kitchen (where I was do NO PLUMBING work) and quoted me a big number. Upon following up with my building mgmt i was told I do not need a plumber for my kitchen work as it is just fixture install.
I tried to tell Richard to bring his estimate down given that he didnt need to do this extra work. Instead he got completely unprofessional on the phone and I had to hang up.
Stay away from this guy!

I didn’t even realize my toilet was leaking until my downstairs neighbor had water coming through her ceiling. As per co-​op regulations, my super couldn’t fix it, I need a licensed and insured plumber. I called a few plumbers on Sunday figuring I would get call backs on Monday. Five minutes later, Rich from Mirabile called; he could come early Monday.
Rich showed up exactly on time, assessed the problem, reset the toilet, fixed the leak, charged a fair price and left the bathroom spotless. Highly recommend!
