Be careful when buying from here. I’d you don’t check they’ll charge you more than other Gnc locations. I’ve been they tried charging me $ 28 for a box of quest bars, when they’re supposed to be about $ 24 and change for gold card members.

BEAWARE of this establishment is very unprofessional and cheats you out of your $$$! Its privately owned and not affiliate with the corporate GNCs. Original date of purchase is on Sunday, March 8, 2015 where an employee suggested Slim to None(detox pills) and a box of QuestBar(makes me feel fuller and not having cravings). After trying out these products and I was unsatisfied how sweet the QuestBar is and Slim to None upset my stomach and gave me the symptoms listed on the back of the bottle. On back of the receipt states that you can get a full refund or exchange merchandise at any GNC locations. On Monday(3÷9÷2015), I went to return the merchandise at 42 – 09BELLBOULEVARD, BAYSIDE, NY11361 but the employee was nice to point out that he couldn’t do a return as he was selling the box of QuestBar at Member Sale for $ 24.99 and the Whitestone store overcharged me way more at $ 30.50. I was shocked that how someone could be that greedy and cheated their customers. The employees at Whitestone location doesn’t even have the knowledge to explain how and what are the usages of products that they sell. I am a health person but after taking those detox pills which completely messed up my body. Yesterday, I went to the Whitestone location to get a FULLREFUND and the employee who sold me the products was there. He took at least 15 – 20 mins to give me a full credit refund. On the return receipt, he had the QuestBar at $ 21.53. Wow unbelievable how this guy can be that SHADY. I didn’t get a full refund back and still have about $ 8 something left on my credit card. The original purchase is at $ 78.09 and he had the nerve to give me $ 9 in cash… SMFH! That’s not even protocol. Next time you are around the neighborhood, drive further to an actual GNC franchise because this is thee WORSTCUSTOMERSERVICE that any customers should endure especially trying to take of their bodies! Call the corporate office to report your incident with this store at 888−462−2548!

Came here to buy a jar of mens multivitamins i always buy online but decided to come here to see if it’s cheaper and to save some time by getting it quicker. Turned out it was a few dollars more expensive in the store. as well as everything else i usually buy. I thought i’d save some time and I bought it anyway. When i got to the register they told me i can buy one and get the second one half off. i wasn’t interested but i told them they have a sign outside(it’s actually two signs) that says«Grand Opening — Everything 50% off.» One guy laughed and said no it says buy one get one 50% off and they proceeded to talk about me in their indian language. Never said thank you or come again after transaction was finished. Last time ill be stepping into one of these. You can find everything on Amazon, Vitacost, and luckyvitamin for more than 25% less than in the store even after shipping. These guys have no idea what they’re selling, and not only that but they’re bad businessmen. Thats why they all go out of business

The Worst! I keep forgetting that I need to avoid this place at all cost! The staff ALWAYS tries to get me to buy more by saying I will get a great deal if I buy more. If I come in to spend $ 20, no, I do not want to buy more and spend $ 40! Then when I say no, they offer to knock down the price. Wth? The staff also does not seem very knowledgeable about the products that they are pushing. I have been to other GNC’s in Long Island and NYC where the staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and don’t try to push products that I don’t want on me. This store needs to learn from them!

I often use this GNC location because of the convenience for me. They have everything that I need never had a real issue with shopping here. The staff is actually very friendly and accommodating at this particular spot. They tend to be helpful.
