Very family oriented. The food is average but nothing special. Very clean and pleasant place to take the family.

Stay away, you are warned. I have been here for breakfast a few times a couple of years ago. Always was good. Diners are famous for breakfast and lunch but we had a party of eight who chose this place for dinner. The place was busy but not packed so there are no excuses for poor service. Our server could not keep my drink filled, she was not close to being observant. Even when I asked for a refill she forgot and twenty minutes went by so I asked another employee where my drink was. Nothing looked appealing so I ordered an omelette thinking what can go wrong! My mistake. It was midly warm, thin and small. It was not edible. Not once did our server come and ask if everything was ok. She knew! When she did come to drop the check she didn’t ask how it was since it was obvious I wasn’t eating more than a few bites. Other people ordered the fish fry, a few were absurdly small fillets and over cooked. The weirdest thing is with 8 people at a rectangle table she stayed at one end yelling over everyone asking for our order. Take the order from the 4 at one end then walk around to the other 4. Its lent and they seemed to be more interested in meeting the fish fry take out than with the customers sitting. You know its lent, staff the kitchen properly to meet demand. Will not return.

Been coming her for a long long time. Amazing food & amazing service. Waitors/​watresses quick and fast and kind.

Breakfast is good. This place has a home kinda feel, like everyone knows everyone. A bit pricey for breakfast though.

The food here is consistent & good. The best part is how quick the service is. Even when the line is out the door, the wait isn’t usually more than 15 min. And this is on their busiest days. Honestly, I’ve only eaten breakfast and the occasional lunch.(tuna melt is my fave) but you shouldn’t be disappointed. One of the best in the area.

Do you enjoy eating in a nursing home cafeteria, but haven’t yet been confined to assisted living by your ungrateful offspring? Head to Boulevard Diner, and drop $ 40 on three sad breakfasts before tip.
Apart from the food, the service was great; friendly and attentive.

The food and service here were exceptional. I got a turkey bacon sandwich. The flavor was good and their French fries are the best I’ve had in a long time!

Seems like a hangout for the older folks. Staff was nice. Service was fast. Food was good. Tasted like what I make at home. I am satisfied but not blown away. Was good for the price. Only downside– no splenda… waitress gave me some from her purse…
Would recommend for a quick bite. I am full and it was 8. oo for a meal coffee and OJ.

The place got worse. Run speed walk by this place. 20 minute wait for food on a half empty place

the diner was very busy this morning (15 minute wait to be seated). service was good. Had a mushroom omelet. food was good as usual. will be back again soon. this is my favorite breakfast place in utica area.
