Stopped in after Electric Forest and this was possibly the best McDonalds I’ve been too. Great, fast service and they even had custom shirts just for the Forest fam!

Well done. My mcchicken came to me within 3 minutes and 20 seconds. (I timed it) tasted phenomenal and didn’t make me feel bloated like Burger King does. I’d drive past a couple of burger kings to get to this McDonald’s. Well done.

It’s a McDonald’s. But this one is clean, friendly and they don’t have Fox «News» on. All signs that they respect their customers.

This McDonald is clean and friendly. Wait time at the register and then to get my food was minimal. Both management and line staff morale was happy and friendly. Despite my special order of no onions, no pickles and extra ketchup, my food was prepared right the first time. This was a great experience in comparison to the ones back in Auburn, NY where staff is miserable, most supervisors are rude to customers and your order is frequently not prepared right!

Ordered lunch for my family and myself before visiting Michigan’s Adventure. One of my cheeseburgers had a long black hair in it (which was covered in cheese and ketchup). DISGUSTING! My wife then found an eyelash on a fry. (This certainly could have been hers, but the burger hair wasn’t so I am going with both hairs came from employees!). This has always been a good place to stop, but this is nasty and I will visit the Taco Bell, Burger King, or Wesco before I visit this place again!

I go to this McDonald’s location maybe once or twice a year on my way to Ludington, MI to camp during the summer. For being essentially in the middle of nowhere, it’s a large and up-​to-​date restaurant with generally good service. I’ve enjoyed my visits there.
