My date and I went here for the first night of our Greenbrier trip. I am a huge fan of Asian food, so I was really excited to go here. The waiter was incredibly nice and the manager even stopped by to welcome us – she was wonderfully nice as well. We ordered a spicy tuna roll first and it was amazing – I pretended I was not concerned about the raw fish and being so far from any body of water! For the entrée, I got the shrimp pad thai and my boyfriend got the ramen. While my meal did not necessarily taste like pad thai, it was still really yummy and filling. The bf finished his food early and had some of mine. I will say: the one strange thing, because the restaurant is at the back of the casino, is eating in a very Asian looking restaurant and seeing casino bright flashing lights in the corner of your eyes…

What a great idea! Sushi in the hills of West Virginia. When we were there, it was crowded. Despite the fact that every table was full, we were served quickly. The wine menu(as throughout the property) was impressive. The one drawback was the inability for us to bring the children who were with us. This seemed to be a common challenge because, as we sat down, there was a gentleman negotiating an order to be delivered to another restaurant on property so he and his compatriats could have sushi and sit with their children. In short, it was a welcome treat at the Greenbrier and I can heartily encourage those of you without children(or with the opportunity to break free from them) to check out In-Fusion.
