Studio Cesar

I’ve been using this salon for about a year and mostly for hair cuts and blow dries. Both Alberto or Cesar do my hair. The salon is very clean. The staff offers you tea, coffee or water every time. They are flexible with changing appointments. Also I like to apply my own hair mask before a blow dry and they accommodate me by washing my hair and then applying my mask and wait for 20 min complimentary of the service. They take time to style my hair and they seem to truly enjoy their work which makes the experience and the result very enjoyable. They also have a great package for $ 100 which includes 4 blow dries and one hair cut that you need to use within a month.

my boyfriend surprised me for my birthday by pampering me to 2 ½ hours of a wash with conditioner, a 40 minute facial, a mini mani and pedi, a haircut and blowdry and a makeup application. plus they do additional servicing like bikini wax, eyebrow threading, etc. i did eyebrow threading for $ 10. it was a really great experience. the reason i did not provide a full 5 stars is because my surprise was supposed to be a week prior but due to a death in the family, my boyfriend had to reschedule it. for the following week. my boyfriend claimed that the owner Cesar was rude about having to reschedule. apparently he was told not to reschedule again. things happen. but overall, everyone was extremely sweet. all Columbians and such great environment. another reason for not providing 5 stars is because i was given bangs and that was never asked of me… i dont like the bangs but i will deal. the haircut plus the makeup made me look like an old woman. like an old woman in a beauty pageant. but overall everything else was superior!

Poor communication from staff and the owner. Poor quality of service. Major attitude from the owner when I inquired about the type of color his stylist would be applying to my hair. I Asked to simply cover some gray hair and match my natural brown hair color and I got an awful shade of almost red that was at least 2 shades lighter than
my natural brown. Also the color lasted only a few weeks as opposed to 6 – 8 weeks dispite using sulfate –free shampoo. Had to spend twice what i usually spend at another salon just to have this corrected.
. Giving them one star because I acually liked the hair cut.
Don’t waste your money on anything other than a basic haircut at this low– buget dive.

My husband bought me the groupon for the mani/​pedi and I was not sure what to expect. The place was nice and clean and I got the best mani/​pedi of my life. My husband said it looked like a gel manicure when I got home. I also watched two people get the hair cut and colored and the stylists did great jobs. It was such a nice suprise.
