The website listed here is most definitely not accurate! Moving on: I used to come here all the time years ago and always loved it, but for some reason I stopped. Ran into it recently and decided to give it a try again… food was amazing. Came here for breakfast and I was in heaven. Waitress was alright. But for a little hole in the wall I’m not expecting stellar service, really.

Great place for some good Colombian home style food. The size of the location is literally probably no larger than the size of my living room but the food is quite good. There is limited seating as well due to the small dining area. However, the food itself is terrific. I usually call my order in and pick up so the size of the place isn’t really an issue for me but it might be for those that want to eat in. The waitress service is pretty good if you decide to eat in. Try the fondo paisa platter.mmm. You’ll love it.

Their soups are so good, don’t judge this place until you’ve had the food. I always get their empanadas and soup of the day. Those are my favorites things there but they obviously have other thing. Ive tried a few things and so far theres nothing I hate from there. The waitress is nice and so is the owner.

The food is excellent!!! The waitress was very charming and did not make you wait for your order. I sat with a coworker on a stool facing outside the window as all the tables were filled. It would be better if it had nicer ambiance, more sitting space and for the summer, outdoor seating. The most important thing that I learned in this place is not to judge a book by it’s cover! The cooking is so good that it is a shame that it was not turned into a fine dining restaurant. Needs better seating such as booths, it currently now is like eating in a cafeteria.

Not sure how business’s get on Unilocal site, if they haven’t been reviewed yet? Anyways, thought I’d write one and help the masses. Was interested in this restaurant being Colombian and primarily b/c Unilocal listed a website . Not sure if this site applies to this eatery. It shows a very nice and authentic looking interior/exterior, so much so, that I think the 3 Fonda’s on the site are in Colombia, and maybe one in Florida. The one in White Plains is a hole in the wall. Food was nothing special & the prices were pricey for a hole in the wall. I definetly knew the quality of the joint when they brought my arepita cold and without butter. I don’t plan on returning.

Great place ! «Se habla Espanol & English« If you have ever wondered how Colombian food should taste like, you should come here. From a Bandeja Paisa(Colombian dish with all the bells and whistles !») to Chorizos(Sausages) and Arepas de Choclo(Sweet corn cakes). I am giving it a three since the place has been there for years but not able to expand. It may get crowded at lunch and dinner. Viva Colombia !!!
