Hudson Aesthetics

I bought a groupon for a large area. The first time I went the owner, at least I assume that is who she is, was very very rude and did the bare minimum laser area that she could do. I think she was annoyed that I had a groupon, I don’t care what I paid or where I got the certificate, you don’t treat someone rudely, that is a guaranteed way to lose business. The second time I went, there was no one there at my scheduled appointment time. I have a confirmation that says the appointment day and time and there was no one there. I waited 15 minutes before my appointment and 15 minutes after, called twice and finally calls groupon for a refund. I did receive a call an hour later from the employee that had done the service the first time, I told her I would not come back and how I was disappointed with their place. I would NEVER recommend this place. The only saving grace is the nice employee, the owner is a real piece of work and awful.

I have to say the idea of laser hair removal wasn’t something I was certain about being a guy but let me say I was soo happy with the results. The vibe at a Hudson Aesthetics is welcoming and friendly. Olympia was extremely knowledgeable and professional, you could tell she was exceptional at her job. I’ve been going there for 6 months and even recommended my mother to try out their new Botox services. Hudson Aesthetics is the best in the business!

⁵⁄₁₇ the office is looking nicer and nicer and tthe front desk is getting more professional. However, they can still use some work to get the rooms itself feel less like a left over office. But still great sessions and Olympia is professional and efficient.
