Build-A-Bear Workshop

Great time and great store!

Unfortunately my first experience in this store will most likely be my last. I was hoping that the first time I made a purchase here would be a memorable one, but it wasn’t. Monique, the employee who «helped» (and I use the term loosely) me, was rude and certainly not in the Christmas spirit. From the moment she arrived to stuff my child’s bear (after a five minute wait by the stuffing machine with less than a handful of customers in the store) she had a face on down to the floor and was nasty when speaking to me. I don’t expect such behavior from an employee of such a well-​known, established store. The management here needs to be more cautious about whom they hire or at least pay much closer attention to how their staff interacts with the public.
