These guys were awesome! We came in thinking we had a dead battering and needed a change… So the guys there checked the battery out with their equipment and discovered the battery was perfectly fine and only need to be driven more. They were super professional, amazing customer service and very helpful!

If you’re looking for a knowledgeable staff who will give you great service, then you need to come here! Eros and his staff are both personable and professional. I came here to get the battery on my watch replaced and left with additional batteries and lightbulbs. I was give valuable lessons what I should purchase based on my needs. Keep up the good work. I’ll definitely be back =)

Andrew and Justin literally saved my life when they helped me charge my phone battery when Verizon and Best Buy couldn’t help! They helped be choose an external battery charger, and now my life can go on. Seriously.

I came here to get the screen on my daughter’s iphone replaced. While I was there I found some great motion activated LED lights. The store was nice, clerks attentive. They called me two hours later and i picked up the phone. The repair was perfect and they told me about an online coupon for $ 10 off on the screen repair. I will definitely go back.

This business is a great concept. I’ve shopped here and been happy in the past. However AAA batteries needed to be rebuilt and the store wanted me to prepay. I offered to pay half now and half when I pick up but I was rejected. Paying half up front and half when the work is completed is standard practice for most businesses. Very odd.

Its the total opposite of RadioShack. Today was our first time at the store. It was clean, bright, and well-​stocked. We were greeted by presentable staff members.
Driving by we caught the name «Batteries+». We pulled in because we needed to replace a hard-​to-​find battery for our Fios control panel. The old dead battery was not with us, so we were unclear on the specific one to buy. A sales guy stepped up to help (he was like a polite version of Dwight Schrute. Über-​knowledgeable and eager to be of service) He knew immediately what we needed. FYI: They will all discard your old batteries.
The other side of the store was floor to ceiling with bulbs. I figure I’ll give em a try for household bulbs as we are trying to migrate to the better bulbs.
I referred to RadioShack because my last several experiences at RS stores have been incredibly disappointing. Shopping at this store was a welcome nod to the kind of service people received in the olden days.
