Great coffee and atmosphere. The staff always greets us well and are very attentive to your order. Comfortable atmosphere with some live entertainment from time to time. Coffee is fresh and this place is for the coffee lover in you …

Great little café in the middle of no where… Really warm, charming little place to hang out and enjoy a cup… Or two with a great view of the lake. Young girls working behind counter were nice but not super friendly on our first visit(guess bc management was away). My friend ordered breakfast on both visits & enjoyed each of his egg dishes. I just savored the lattes which were excellent, like the coffee. So glad we found this little place on our long drives upstate.

Two stars for great atmosphere and beautiful location. No stars for two out of two inoperable bathrooms and out of date skim milk making latte option only with half and half(!) or soy or almond milk.

Solid four star rating! Bold coffee very tasty but I would not call it bold(not being snobby, it was more mild than typical bold — but still good and drank it up).

Cute little place across from the lake on Route 17B. It is dog friendly and has a rudimentary breakfast menu and several coffee offerings and manners-espresso, latte, cappuccino etc. It’s no Starbucks in terms of the diversity of offerings but it is welcoming, pleasant on the open balcony, again, welcoming to puppies and what it offers it does well, very well. My latte was strong and flavorful and the breakfast burrito was fresh and made with quality ingredients. On a return sojourn I had an egg and cheese croissant with onions; they fix it your way. Their iced lattes are a delight. Waffles and pancakes are also available. They are also coffee purveyors and stock a decent variety of beans from all over the world. They custom grind to suit your home kitchen coffee maker. An offering from Sumatra made its way home with us and we look forward to taste testing it for breakfast. Stop by; there is ample parking. If it’s breezy and mild, bring the puppy, enjoy the view and enjoy breakfast.

Friendly, good coffee(and they have almond milk) and yummy breakfast sandwiches. Also«Monuts” — a cross between donuts and muffins!

Great breakfast spot! Excellent coffee, always come back here when I’m in the area. Healthy choices available as well and parking in the back. Their coffee is being used by some of the finer restaurants in area as well.

Really nice people. The coffee is very good. I recommend their cold brew ice coffee. They also offer things like box of joe, which is convenient for big groups or holidays.

Probably the nicest coffee stop owner EVER. Good coffee — medium roast was smooth and well brewed. Bold is strong and edgy. Well worth your time to stop in. But be aware of posted hours– may vary from Unilocal hours.

I LOVE this coffee shop. My only issue is that I live in New York City and it’s all the way upstate! Just kidding! This spot is like finding NPR on the radio when you’re driving through the country. It’s like spotting the lone smiling face behind the counter at the DMV. What I’m trying to say is, a coffee place of this caliber upstate, that has delicious cappuccinos and lattes, vegan gluten free desserts, and inspired pastries is just what’s needed in this small town. My parents have a cabin upstate, which I love, but my only issue is lack of good food in the area! That is, until I found Java Love. I start every morning that I’m upstate with a cappuccino from this spot, and am pleasantly surprised when I break a $ 20 and leave with most of that money returning to my wallet. This place is everything a coffee spot should be, and I’m just returning the love here. I’LLBEBACK!

I cannot recommend the«Bad Ass» Brew ENOUGH. Why is it called Bad Ass? Because you don’t need milk or sugar when you drink it. You can sip on this rich, incredible coffee — totally black — as you wink at strangers and consider getting tattooed because you’re so bad ass now. Their service is genuine and passionate. This company is run by people that love and respect coffee, and serve it to you the way it should be — decadent and savory. The smell of the bad ass brew is *intoxicating*. The flavor will punch you in the face. This is the coffee you have been waiting for. Order it online so you can make it in your house and invite your friends over to see how casually bad ass you are. The ground beans are LIKEVELVET. I can’t describe this better. After you’ve had the coffee — Throw a sprinkle in your hot chocolate. In your waffles. In the next chocolate cake you bake. It goes with everything. What am I saying? If you’re a bad ass, you understand this. If you’d like to be more of a bad ass — order a pound. If you’re a generous bad ass, order two pounds and give the gift of bad ass. Now go get that tattoo. You earned it.
