I work downtown and always look forward to Food Truck Thursdays. Today I noticed that there was a Food Truck I hadn’t tried before so I decided to go for it. I was not disappointed. I chose an ice cream sandwich with double chocolate chip cookies, dulce de leche ice cream and Reese’s peanut butter frosting. They give you a HUGE helping which I thought I would have trouble finishing. That was not the case. There was not a crumb left. The cookies were soft and delicious and the ice cream was ridiculous. I can’t say enough good things about this Food Truck. I hope they make it a habit of coming downtown because I will definitely be a regular.
