Tried repeatedly to get my windshield replaced. It was a fully covered original manufactured replacement claim. The repeatedly told me they didn’t get approval and couldn’t do oem. Even though my insurance emailed the. At least twice with the approval. Then after getting them and my insurance on the phone. They get the ok and I’m told they will call and schedule once the glass arrived. The next day I get a notice from glass Doctor telling me my insurance canceled the claim. I call my insurance the had done no such thing. A bunch of liars that will never get my business.

Called in this morning for emergency window repair. Some jack… Broke our window. Raining cats and dogs.
Glass Doctor of Newark n Morris county came first thing, fixed our window, very reasonable, office staff were understanding. Techs said they had full work load ahead of them but took there time. Highly recommend, as I called 6 companies who had no time.

I made an appointment with them to come and fix my broken window. They took a 50% deposit from me and never showed up. I was waiting all day and had birthday plans… I was calling and texting and no one got back to me. When the person I was working with finally decided to text me back the next day, he said he was sorry they decided to close that day, and he can offer me a $ 25 discount on the remainder of the balance. I declined as I feel $ 25 was not going to justify not showing up for a confirmed appointment. I asked for a credit for my deposit which they promptly refunded. I will be going elsewhere for my window replacement.

I worked with Fuad and let me tell you, he is an expert on windows. I had a sticky situation where I needed to replace a large double paned window in my high rise building. The entire window needed to be removed from a complicated window system. Fuad was able to coordinate with an engineering company to get a Boxer cart up 8 stories and replace the window. He went above and beyond to offer a discounted price to replace all 3 large windows with Low E thicker glass. It was a pleasure working with him.
