Been doing business with Ross and his staff since they opened. They are extremely knowledgeable and provide great service and provide excellent advice whether you are buying or selling firearms, training, or recommending accessories. If you need information on ATF or local firearms regulations, you can get it at FSS. I have bought and owned firearms for over 50 years and have never dealt with a better dealer than FSS.

Great experience and the instructor Jim was the coolest! Came here with my gf to do a one hour shooting simulation and we both loved it. Jim was very knowledgeable and informative every step of the way. I expected to be thrown into a simulation, rushed through it and asked to leave. However the instructor was very patient with us. He took his time in teaching us the various techniques of aiming and holding a weapon, which really helped during the simulation. Through the simulation, a real modified glock is used, so you will feel the weight and kick of the weapon.
The place was a little challenging to find, however know its in a small corner next to an Optic Eye Store (forgot the name. lol) and near the «Original Pancake House». It is at a corner, so make sure to look at the windows rather than the posted store names on top of the plaza.
I rarely give 5 stars, but the instructor Jim really made the experience fun and unforgettable.

FSS has a great knowledgeable staff. Awesome prices on firearms and ammo. If you use the training here you will leave with a lot of new useful knowledge. This place is great for beginners, advanced firearms enthusiast, police or security professionals. I would highly recommend FSS to anyone that handles any type of firearm.

I highly recommend doing the zombie simulator. Had a lot of fun, and it was a great date night activity. The staff is very friendly and make you feel very welcome. Definitely will be going back.

Not a gun guy, but had two vintage firearms from my Grandfather to sell. FSS was great.
They took a look at the firearms and showed me similar vintage items in their (huge) inventory and explained the merits of each, as well as providing some interesting additional info. They made me a very fair offer and made the purchase process smooth and easy.
They were congenial and professional, something many other businesses can learn from regardless of their industry.
They are in the basement of a strip mall with a nondescript entrance, so it takes a little extra effort to find.
FSS is definitely recommended.

After circling the parking lot a few times, we finally gave in & rang to check we were in the right place. They are in the basement and their sign was not visible thanks to a dusting of snow.
Our instructor was friendly and knowledgeable. We started with a safety video and some basic instructions, then the fun began. It’s a 1 hour simulation using real handguns, but no live ammo. We started with target practice and moved onto scenarios where you had to make a call on whether or not to use your weapon. But of course, the best part was shooting zombies at a wedding reception. What Walking Dead fan hasn’t fantasised about that?!

We purchased the Groupon deal for the one hour training and simulation.
As much fun as the simulator was, the best part was the actual training we received from Mark.
Owning a gun is a tremendous responsibility, and it is IMPERATIVE that anyone purchasing a firearm should know how to use it PROPERLY.
Safety cannot be stressed enough. Mark was very professional, and I would HIGHLY recommend that anyone who owns a firearm, or is considering purchasing a firearm, take a class with him.
There are places that offer classes nearby, but the $ 25 safety demo offered at a local range is NOT ENOUGH TO SAFELY USE A FIREARM!!!
Spend the extra money for one of the best instructors around.
We would HIGHLY recommend the classes and/​or the simulator training. Get the Groupon while you still can, or just pay regular price. It is absolutely worth it!

Bought a groupon for 1 hour in the training simulator. This basically puts you in a lifetime/​virtual reality video game. You shoot a real handgun modified to fire a laser. In real life as well a zombie and old west scenarios.
I went with my gf… she loved it as much as I did.
the staff is super professional and super nice.
I highly recommend this activity to anyone… and a great first date.
its a little tough to find the entrance but well worth the trouble.
I will 100% go back.
