Expensive service. We have used them for 5 years and all our evergreens are dying. When we called to inquire about the health of the trees, 3 phone calls were never returned. We got an estimate for repairing trees afte a storm and they never returned; trees are still damaged. We recieved an invoice for feeding the trees but we have never personally witnessed them on our property. When we called to cancel their services, they didn’t even inquire and said: «OK.» These people couldn’t care less about trees or customer service.
