Would get 4 stars if the place didn’t smell like a combination of garbage and body odor.

i called to verify if the usaa deposit system was running, the young lady i spoke with told me yes, after asking her co-​worker. i arrived with 4 checks to deposit, the young lady cut the bottom of the 1^st check because she said «sometimes it gets caught in the machine». after a couple of attempts & asking her co-​worker for assistance, she discovers that the system is down… well this is the exact reason i called to verify, so i wouldn’t waste my time! also with her cutting the bottom of the check, where the numbers are, it will not read anywhere else! with all that said, the young lady was very nice, but i can tell that they will just tell you any olé thing without confirming it themselves, more training is definitely needed, since their duties are more than just shipping packages. a complete waste of time, which made me an hour late for work… not pleased at all!

I send several packages a year. My interaction with Samson is the best I have ever had in my entire life. This includes USPS, Fed EX, other UPS offices. Nobody else is as good. Please give Samson a huge raise. If your other employees are even ¹⁄₁₀ th as good as he is, you are golden. Thanks UPS & Sampson.
