I’m giving this T Mobile Location two stars instead of one because the first time I went there I was greeted in a prompt fashion and was told that within a few minutes someone would be assisting me with my purchase. the second time around which happens to be today I arrived at T Mobile at maybe 2:50 p.m. and was not greeted, nor did anyone take the time to have me sign in or acknowledge my presence. I looked at a few phones, walked around the store and after 10 minutes of being completely ignored I left. The store was not busy at all there were two employees maybe 3 and maybe three customers including myself. as a tmobile customer of many years I am very disappointed in the service and rather upset because I needed a new phone and now I have to drive to a different tmobile.

Have never had an issue here. I love t-mobile, the pay as you go plan is great for me as a young adult who has her first phone bill. I love all the workers there, they know what they are talking about and they can almost sell me a «contract». I don’t how ever like waiting in store, I know its a cell phone so be prepared to wait 10 – 20 minutes in between people but don’t expect to have this place be a go in and out in seconds flat experience. But all in all a great store.

I may have found my new favorite T-mobile store. This review is pretty much based around the hype of the new Iphone 6. My former favorite store was in Woodridge at 75th/Lemont, though I learned the dude I bought my phone from two years ago is no longer there… he made that store, not so much the store itself.(My review for that store is on Unilocal as well). So flash back to the present day, I’m in the market to upgrade my phone. Before the Iphone came out I called the store in Woodridge asking if I should pre-order or if I needed to come in based on wanting to change my plan, etc. I spoke with the manager there and he said I should come in and he was helpful about it. The day this new phone comes out in stores… I left work early to go in to make my purchase so before I drove out to a store I wanted to make sure it would be worth my while. I called the Woodridge store — they didn’t get the particular phone in stock that I wanted and have no idea when they will be getting it in. Onto the Bolingbrook store… they were less than helpful, they didn’t think any stores in the area got the phone, and have no idea about anything really. So I called store #3, this particular store I’m reviewing here and I spoke with Kathy. Kathy informed me that the stores in the area never got the phone but I can come in and they’ll order the phone for me as they’re getting shipped out in 1 – 2 days though the longer I wait the longer it takes to get delivered. I told her I was on my way! When I got in, she was on lunch so Brett helped me — everything went smooth, the other associates there were taking care of customers and were friendly. I guess it was busier in the morning that day with the new Iphone hype so I lucked out with my timing but I was in and out and everything was taken care of. I hope to get my phone today or tomorrow as promised but I’m sure I will return to this store should I have any future issues.

I only had to purchase a phone charger which should be a quick transaction. When I asked the employee to check out some the charger, she said I would have to wait for other customers ahead of me who were asking several questions about the phones and were browsing. If you have hours to wait in line, this place is great. I will never come back here again. I highly recommend you avoid here at all costs. Rude employees and inefficient customer service.

after USCELL sold out to sprint. came here to get the GS3. got the GS3. unlimited text, talk, data, for $ 50 a month. plus $ 20 a month for the GS3. great job t mobile!
