We hired Jim to play the music at our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour on 9÷19÷15 and he was amazing! The acoustic guitar was the perfect sound for the vibe we were going for– and Jim is extremely professional and an excellent musician. He helped us choose all of our ceremony songs– I really had no clue where to start — and they turned out fantastic!
I would highly recommend Jim — he was amazing to work with and was the perfect addition to our wedding day!

Jim did a wonderful job providing such a beautiful atmosphere for my sister’s wedding. Everyone couldn’t stop commenting on how well he played and how he used just the right mix of songs to keep everyone entertained. The pre-​wedding communication was great. He was always quick to answer any questions I had and helped us through the process of song selection for the ceremony itself. Jim is courteous & professional… You will not be disappointed!

Jim was excellent! He made custom arrangements for all of our songs, used his expertise to make them sound amazing but adjusted things we requested, provided recordings for worst case scenario plans, travelled a far distance and arrived in a timely manner, and was overall professional and friendly. We really enjoyed having him be a part of our big day! Thanks so much!

Jim performed during our ceremony and cocktail hour. His music really enhanced our wedding and made it more memorable! We love the music he chose for our occasion, we found him to be very talented and professional and coordinated really well with our other vendors which made the day go all the more smoothly. Jim played the ceremony music and cocktail hour at our wedding last weekend. He was an absolute pleasure to work with from beginning to end. He is clearly talented at his craft, but is fun to work with as well. He has a busy schedule, but made time for us to plan our music to be just as we wanted it. He didn’t even flinch when my now-​husband asked him to learn a song he didn’t know for our recessional! Jim was awesome — we would recommend him to anyone!

This fellow is so beyond any simple compliments I can give him. I suggest anyone reading this review go directly to Jim’s site. He played my daughter’s wedding and is not only a master at what he does, not only a professional in his demeanor, but just an all-​around nice guy, too. Although Wheaton isn’t «in my neck of the woods», I am hopeful to get out that way again soon and catch him at one of the regular gigs he has in that area. He just does not disappoint.

When we started planning our wedding ceremony, we knew we wanted a Spanish guitar. Somehow. someway. my mom stumbled upon
Jim Persona’s Gigmasters website and i knew i had to have him play for our wedding!
I loved how diverse his song selection was and figured I’d throw him a curve ball by making a special recessional song request. Without
hesitation, he took the challenge and nailed it!
Jim was a breeze to work with and was as professional as could be. I’m so glad we hired him cause he helped make
our wedding day that much more special!
