We bought our spa from Parker Spas 4 years ago. I called 4 days ago to report that the hot tub was ice cold and the display did not show that electricity was getting to the unit. I was very concerned that the pipes would freeze and burst since we were experiencing temperature in the 20’s at night in the foothills.
That was 2 weeks ago and NO response.

Scott Parker built and installed our hot tub almost 10 years ago. He has continued to service it with the upmost professional and customer service (although we rarely have had any issues), and I would highly recommend his business to anyone interested in buying and installing a hot tub!
