If there were a rating of –0 for Dr. Moon, that would be the most appropriate rating for her. Dr. Moon left my partner and I waiting for 20 minutes, only to emerge from her office totally befuddled, indicating that our appointment was not confirmed. She refused to maintain eye contact with me and insisted that we did not have a conversation that truly did exist, whereby I confirmed my health insurance, etc. and the appointment date and time. My phone records would concur this data. She is smug, scattered, truly unprofessional and apparently in desperate need of an assistant to keep accurate records for her. Perhaps it was a blessing that the session never transpired. STAY AWAY — BAD NEWS. p. s. Upon entering her office, one was greeted with a 4×4 gaping whole in the ceiling that was patched up and a fake Christmas tree. The lights were not on… laziness, insanity??? Your guess is as good as mine!
