Very difficult to speak on the phone about allergy blood test results with the doctor. Instead it’s days long games of phone tag. This is horrible!!! This information is very important. It shouldn’t be this difficult to get a nurse or doctor on the phone. Not to mention, over an hour late seeing us and took 2.5 hrs to complete the office visit with skin test that was inconclusive — lab was closed by 4:00 when I showed up at 4:30 for blood draw and had to come back a few days later for that. The whole thing is ridiculous! I will try to find a better office for the next visit! I Do NOT recommend!

Went here because I was referred by my primary physician. The specialist that I saw basically told me she doesn’t know what’s going on with my hives and referred me to get various blood tests.
Also, the billing department keeps sending me a bill claiming that I still have a balance. I have paid it; check was cashed on 1÷7÷16. Current bill is dated 1÷14÷16. Terrible place. I wouldn’t even have written a review but since the billing department is sending me the same bill over and over, I figure that I should tell other people.

I went here to check for what potentially my infant may be allergic to. Poor girl only a baby with rashes and hives all over. From making an appointment to checking in was superb! They got me in next day and I was in the drs office within minutes of arriving. Dr Vallen listened to us and was truly concerned about my child. She advised us on what we needed to do and ran tests to find her allergies. The staff that administered the tests were also wonderful. I felt everyone really cared about the well being of my child.
