I have never been a fan of Dominos, but my son loves it and has requested it in the various places we’ve lived all over the country. This is the first Dominos that has made me *want* to order from them. I’ve placed 3 orders with them thus far(the third on the way as we speak), and the two we’ve completed arrived very hot and fresh(amazing brownies!) The ‘track your order’ option has been amazingly accurate(and fun), and our orders have arrived in Braintree on schedule. I am so impressed with whoever is responsible for the consistently great food and delivery! Excellent job and heads and shoulders above every other Dominos I’ve ever tried! FYI: I ordered online, so I can’t speak to what people are like who answer the phone.

Tried it once before and didn’t love it but I believe in second chances so we tried it again. Person taking the order not very pleasant and when we got it home the order was incorrect. In addition the toppings were meager and the bacon was nearly non existent. Good bye Dominos, there are too many good pizza places around with pleasant employees!

Pizza is good but the last couple of times orders took forever wasn’t even peak times and delivery charge is to high for slow delivery considering it’s not even going to the the driver so now you have to tip on top of that

The new owner has turned this place around big time, the food arrives in around 30 mins and its been really good the last few x’s. The pan pizza is extra hearty and tastes fresh.

After reading other reviews of this location, it reminds me just how back-assward people in this area are in their ability to assess«good food», especially pizza! As someone put off by the endless array of pizza/sub shops, most of them unclean(at best) and utterly incapable of producing a proper pizza, domino’s in weymouth is a pleasant surprise. I’m reviewing based on 4 different experiences with this location. Used the iPhone app tonight, which was extremely easy and even fun to use. Ordered on a Friday night at 8p — estimated time was 60 minutes, they arrived in 45 mins. Very acceptable for a weekend. Pizza was cooked well and to order. Vast improvement over the Dominos of old. Now I realize most people are put off by the dominos brand and I would agree their track record hasn’t been spectacular in regards to quality. That has changed. The standard I use to compare pizza is the original Pizzeria Regina in the North End — a high standard, I know. But after suffering through countless ‘greek’ style grease pies, or undercooked excuses for pizzas in this area — not to mention the utter disregard for customer service(or even common courtesy for that matter) — this oft-hated chain delivered on all fronts. Delivery driver was very pleasant and friendly. Pizza was delicious. And with the online coupon, $ 11 for an xtra large 2 topping pizza was a great value. Compared to the other major local chain(not naming names, but it rhymes with mama Dino’s), this would be less than half the cost! Nice job Dominos-quietly elevating your brand and showing that even a big chain can produce good food!

I got a call and was told the delivery time would be 45 min. The Pizza arrived 1.5 hours after I received the call. The pizza was cold and the driver was silent. This by far was the worst experience I have ever had ordering food to be delivered.

If you’re ordering Dominos, it’s probably because you’re either A) somewhere that you don’t know what you can trust or B) finding an easy common denominator with friends or family that are afraid of non-chain brand food. Unfortunately, even for C-rate pizza, this Dominos seems to always make terrible pizza.

I’m not one to usually go online after and post a review, unless it is something bad and for me to complain about. I went into this Domino’s today and was really surprised. To me the food is always the same(and since they changed the pizza a while back it’s way better), but the service was just awesome. I guess living in MA i just accept that restaurants take customers for granted and act like robots or fake happy. Here, I was greeted right as I walked in and then not hung over while I selected my food, but promptly served when I was ready. Once I provided them with my name, I was greeted as such and after I ordered, I was greeted by the new store manager Seth. They had other orders, but were pressed to get the order to me as quickly as possible and I was out of there in 10 mins. Food was great. Kinda silly to give a domino’s a review, but just wanted to give a comment on what I thought was rare great service.

There are tons of quality pizza places in Weymouth that I would visit before going to Domino’s. With that said they are the only place open after 9pm so I have gone there multiple times when my normal choices are not open. It is Domino’s so the expectations are a little lower, but this location has a bad habit of burning food and sending it out anyways. If you have a Domino’s craving I suggest going to the one on Quincy Ave in Quincy, MA. The customer service and quality of the product they put out is far better than the one in Weymouth.

WORSTEXPERIENCEEVER!!! Do not order from this place! They took over an hour to show up and then when the driver arrived he didnt have my entire order. He said he would go to his car and get the rest of my order, but then never came back. I called the store to complain and was offered a $ 5 coupon and asked if I wanted the driver to come back. I said«No! I dont want pizza that has been sitting in a car for over an hour!» I will never order from Dominos again! Truly horrific experience!

PI. for all of you who can’t speak pikachu, he basically says that he really likes domino’s pizzas. But one time he decided to go a lil wild and get the fiery hawaiian pizza. he tried to get the order online, but the site doesn’t show you the price right off the bat, which is personally very stupid. When he called in the order the total came around $ 16(for a small). a couple explitives later(not on the phone of course) and Pikachu digresses since there is so much on the pizza. BUT when the pizza arrived, Pikachu beheld it in all its glory and ate that thing outta town. It was so «Pika-licious»! There is so much on the fiery hawaiian that he could only eat half of it. We love your pizzas, Dominos, but, please, put the price on ahead of time so we know ahead of time. that pizza just about cost me one of my pokemon trainer battles.

This domino’s is probably one of the worse domino’s I’ve ever had to deal with. Forget about ordering online as you will have tons of problems with that. They constantly mess up our orders, and forget things that you ask for. They have double charged me for meals, claiming first that my credit card was not accepted, than I find the charge twice. They have problems finding the simplest of locations, and when they can’t find you they call you and are very rude about it. Once they even showed up with the same order twice at the same time. What I mean by that is they showed up and when we took the food we ordered they tried to hand us more and said the total was twice more than the online order said it would be. We said we didn’t order that and the delivery guy said«you ordered it twice»(1 we didn’t I only had the one confirmation email. and 2 you’d think that someone there would have went«hmm they ordered the same thing twice maybe we should call to make sure this is correct»).
