I arrived and one of the employees was outside shoveling the walkway, he greeted me and held the door. He proceeded to go to the counter and take my order, and was patient when I needed a minute to order. He then brought over my meal and came back to ask how everything was.(He remembered my name from when I had placed the order at the counter) and as I was leaving with the tray to throw out, he politely took it from me and said have a great day. His customer service skills are 5 star, the food was great too.(FRIDAYJAN302015)

While the gentlemen James at the register was sweet and did his job to the best of his ability. Keisha the manager it said on her shirt was harassing and pampas while antagonizing the cooks and running around like a crazy person she gave our meal to three customers behind us in line till James and the other man manager realized and tried to right the situation we will no longer be going to this deangelos till she is no longer there the experience was awful and mainly due to her ordering people around but not giving direction and the leaving by the time I was infuriated she had left the building and I was unable to tell her the other manager kindly steped in and fixed her mistakes HORRIBLEMANAGEMENTBYKEISHA!!!

Came to this location because another one I used to frequent has disappeared(that one made a great steak and cheese). Tried a steak and cheese out here and asked for extra cheese because let’s face it, I think we’ve all experienced the cheeseless disappointment after those first few bites of your sub. Well, they took«extra» a little too literally. There was so much cheese(some which hadn’t melted) that I had to pick all the solid pieces away to find any meat! There was hardly any melted cheese at all, actually. Needless to say I was disappointed– and will need to re-evaluate my steak and cheese destination. It’s too bad because they can be sooo good!

For what it’s worth, the sandwich I order is always very good. I can order online in between patients and pick it up right at noon. Everyone is always very friendly and personable. It’s also very clean inside and a good place to relax in the middle of the day.

Oh no!!! They got rid of the peppercorn steak sub! That was the best thing they had on the menu.
