I recently took my Saab 9 – 3 in for service for an inspection and they informed me I needed new tires or I would fail inspection which I was expecting. While I was there I had Wright do an oil change as well. What I wasn’t expecting was the grease stains I found on the drivers side interior support beam which must of happened when the technician adhered my registration stickers to the lower left side of the windshield. They also forgot to adhere the reminder sticker of when my next oil change is due, which I wouldn’t of cared about but they also forgot to reset the«next service due» reminder on the dash display. They also forgot to reattach the OBD sensor cap underneath the dashboard. The reason I took it to a dealership and was willing to pay the dealership premium was the expectation of attention to detail, quality workmanship and the Saab technicians know-how. I’m now questioning whether the oil was even changed. I took it back to the dealership and the only thing they addressed was the«next service due» dash display reminder! The service advisor I spoke to was very nice and they have a great new waiting area but the reason I was there was for the car.

After purchasing a used vehicle at WRIGHTSAAB, I was very disapointed. After taking the car home late thursday 9:00pm, i parked it and went to bed. The next day I went to load the multi disk changer and hook up my ipod to the input jack only to find that they did not exist. Although they were listed on the actual sticker pasted to the side window of the vehicle. After realizing this i also began looking into the rest of the options that were supposed to be in the car. that is when i realized that along with the changer and ipod jack not being in the car, there was also no fog lights, and a slue of other options that were listed on the window sticker. After bringing this to the attention of the GENERALMANAGER he simply stated and i quote«this happens quite often. it is the company that we use that made the mistake and thats why they have a disclaimer on the bottom of the sticker»,(which is in 9 pt black writing on navy blue back ground, which at night is not visible.). Then he proceeded to say so sorry there is nothing that we can do. here is $ 200.00 sorry for the inconvience. Wright misrepresented the vehicle and when they were called on it they simply said so sorry too bad. the vehicle has over $ 1500 in options that were listed and not in the vehicle and i paid for.
