STAYAWAYFROMTHISCOMPANY!!! There are more credible companies out there that do honest work. The lights they claim high quality are far from it and will fail shortly after purchase. This will result in you sending countless emails over a years time before they give you the ok to submit a warranty claim. When you submit the warranty claim they will claim that you damaged them and charge you for shipping to return your defective products. They will also recommend you buy another one of their junk kits to solve the problem. Once you file a claim with the BBB they will lie through their teeth claiming that the problem is with your car and that they tried resolving the issue but you declined. Then they will email you saying that they will now honor the warranty only if you call the BBB and tell them that you made a false claim… Yeah right… Dont pay top dollar for junk and a scam like I did. This company should be forced to shut down for lack of integrity, theft, deceptive trade, false claims, and lies. DONTBUYRETROSOLUTIONS!!! DONTBUYRETROSOLUTIONS!!! DONTBUYRETROSOLUTIONS!!! DONTBUYRETROSOLUTIONS!!! DONTBUYRETROSOLUTIONS!!! If you want a good honest company try The Retrofit Source. They honor their warranty and bend over backwards to help you. Poor customer service and unwilling to take responsibility. I understand they cannot control what happens during shipment, but they can control the shipping company they choose to work with. I paid for 2 day shipping and did not receive my product for a week and I needed it in that certain time frame. Very frustrating. I emailed customer service to ask for a refund in the shipping cost, not much to ask for. They emailed me back saying they weren’t responsible and basically I’m SOL. No apology, no attempt to rectify the situation, not even a hint of personality. Just a cold robotic«sucks for you» response. I will not shop here again.
