So I have been here twice now. once for myself and once for my daughter. Was waiting for both of us to have our experience before I reviewed.
Mine was lackluster at best. I went in basically because I was desperado for my hair to have some shape to it as I had gone 3 months without a haircut. Christmas was coming which meant loads of photos would be taken and I needed to look presentable and getting to me regular stylist wasn’t happening. So there I sat. I got what I paid for, nothing more. They stylist was very pleasant and efficient and I was in and out within 30mins. I got myself a $ 14 haircut. which I proceeded to then get redone after New Years at my regular stylist.
My daughter who is 6 had a great time here. She needed about an inch off her hair to give it some life back and the stylist was super nice to her. Really treated her well. didn’t feel like I was paying for a $ 5 haircut! Props to Great Clips. and the finished product was spot on.

It’s the worst place for haircut! Took my son for a haircut and I felt really bad after seeing his haircut! That lady doesn’t know how to cut even in a straight line. After I said that you have not done a good job, she rudely says «get it done elsewhere next time!» Of course we will get it done elsewhere and would tell others too, don’t ever go there just to save $ 2. Else you would also repent like me! Haircut can make or spoil your looks and in great clips you can be sure of a spoilt look! Stay away from them!

This place is way to inconsistent. I’ve been here several times now, and most of the time I’ve received a cut to my liking. A few times it’s been messed up a bit, but nothing major. Came in yesterday however, and the hairdresser somehow managed to do the exact opposite of what I asked. I get the same haircut every time. I like to buzz the sides and the back and leave it long up top. This new hairdresser got the buzz on the side right, didn’t blend the back at all, and then took scissors to the top of my head after I specifacally said «leave the top as it is». Somehow, she interpreted this as me saying she should make the top almost as short as everything else, now I basically have an uneven outgrown buzz cut instead of the simple styled cut I’ve been loving for ever now.

Incompetent «hairdresser» cut a female’s hair to a male haircut when instructions were to make it shorter. You should be well warned by seeing how cheap the haircuts are priced.
Very unprofessional. Will not return.

My husband went for a hair cut last week with my son. He came back with half of the head unevenly shaved and still long on the top. And my son came back same as he left. Paid for the hair cut and End up fixing in at home with our own hair clippers. We have been there before and tried it with My daughter had her hair cut so uneven I fixed at home. I thought with boys would be better but I was wrong.

Very unprofessional i felt rushed and left wet my stylist looked a mess she was not the person i wanted and did a uneven cut had to go get fixed right after i guess you get what you pay for

We have been there twice so far. My son had a Mohawk the first time and then a fade. Perfect both times. Mike does a super job and I recommend him. The prices are well below most places too.

My wife came home yesterday with a hair cut & color and I immediately went on the defensive. She’s a salon rat, and a «haircut & color» usually translates to «I spent $ 150 today».
Then she told me that great clips had opened on the Silas Deane, and that haircuts were $ 2.99. She did the color herself, and the total damage for the haircut was only $ 10.
Whew, relief…
I went back with my kids today and all 3 of us got haircuts from a very professional and eager staff. Mike took the time to get my fade just right and precision trimmed all the edges, i’m really happy with the job he did.
$ 2.99 till 3⁄15 & $ 4.99 for a short while after that! Even at full price, i think a haircut is only $ 12.
