Woman who seemed to own facility was very nice. The woman who did my nails took 1 hour and 15 minutes for a French mani (my regular spot takes thirty minutes plus drying time). Small shop with about four chairs, place was pretty run down but everyone was nice. The woman didn’t seem to do nails often because she was very sloppy and did not seem to know what to do, the older woman had to come over and keep fixing her mistakes. My nails were all uneven and had to go elsewhere to get them fixed. Went here on a gift certificate and won’t be back.

i have been coming here for the last two years, the owner Lisa is an amazing worker she is great at what she does. the salon is always kept very clean and the massages and spa services are very satisfying. A wonderful place to come i highly suggest west wood nail salon if ever in the area.
