I had used this place for a few years as it is in walking distance. I had pants cleaned there but when I went to use them there were burn marks along the seam and a stain that they didn’t get out. I brought it in and the owner was on the defensive from the start blaming other cleaners before I could even continue. The pants still had the crown packaging on it. He wouldn’t listen or comment when I said how at the least the stain should have been disclosed. He clearly wasn’t willing to consider fault from the start. Going elsewhere and I suggest you do the same.

Wish I could give zero stars. I’m beyond irate. Just picked up 5 items I had pressed from here and they are ALL WRINKLED. A pair of expensive silk shorts look like some parts were not even touched AND they completely disregarded the pleats and sloppily ironed over where it should be folded and now the pleats are messed up. $ 40 for something that I could have done a better job with my EYES CLOSED. Will NEVER be going back to them. Debated bringing them back, but I need these items for this weekend and I’m leaving tomorrow, so now I must completely redo them myself. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

I don’t usually use dry cleaners, but I had to get a suit and a jacket cleaned. The sign says same day service, but I had to wait 3 days. When I got my suit back, and wore it for an event the next weekend, someone pointed out that some of my cuff buttons were broken. One was missing, and another was cut in half. I’m not sure I’d go back.
