I want to give this place a 4 because the food is that good compared to the area. However, the OWNER is such an asshole and is so blantently disrespectful that I have to knock off 2 stars. Example: I called in an order but when I got there I needed to add in another item. The owner threw the bag of pre-​ordered items on the counter, grumbled and eye rolled that it will take 20 mins to get my order. Mind you I order from this place at least 4 times a month and they know this. I’m done, I will order from Lisa’s Pizza.

We are a business in town that orders at least twice a week from this establishment. BUT NEVER AGAIN! Being that we ordered from them often, we rarely complained about our orders constantly being incorrect, but one particular day one of our girls decided to call the place back and let them know how disappointed we were that they got ALL THREE orders messed up. The owner proceeded to explain that we «shouldn’t be disappointed because it’s just a salad»… Anyways, her said he would credit us the amount. Two weeks later we call back to use our credit and he goes OFF on one of our stylists, explaining that he doesn’t «want to sound like a prick but he’s not giving us $ 26 worth of free food». Our stylist replied «ok that’s fine but I do feel like you’re speaking to me disrespectfully». He then proceeded to say «ok so how about this, I’ll cancel the order and you can have a nice day» and hung up on her. Disrespectful is not even the word to describe the owner of this place. I think he described himself and the way he was being pretty well. Do not give these people your business, people deserve better treatment then that.

I’ve heard good things about this pizza but I’m not particularly impressed as the flavor and texture of the pizza does not come close to my personal pizza favorites in the area. Not sure why pizzeria moved from Westwood location, but it appears you are a regular or you are not. Not a big fan of guy behind the counter.

I really wanted to like this place. What people don’t know is that there are two locations. One in Westwood, and the other in Emerson. The first thing I must say is that the food is fairly good. Not the greatest in the world but I could come here at least a few times a month. So what’s stopping me? Well just like the other reviews, the costumer service was abysmal. The owner was down right disrespectful like he didn’t want me in the store after I made my order. He truly just wanted my cash and to get the hell out. Don’t even get me started on how all the prices are wrong either. Whatever they advertise on the menu is wrong. All the prices are different. That sand which you saw for $ 8 is now $ 10 plus tax. What made it worse is the fact that if you just read their sign for $ 7.99 pizza pie on Mondays and Tuesday, you have to ask for that price. If not they charge you the full $ 13. Come on man. Where is the service loyalty? We are your costumers. If you won’t support us, we won’t support you.

Terrible! I ordered the grandma pizza, and I was shocked when I opened the box. The pizza was so tiny. I like thin crust. It’s not about that, but the pizza was only half the size of the box!!! Worst $ 20 I’ve ever spent.

Good pizza but the owner was rude and obnoxious to me and his staff. I don’t think I’ll be going back there

I have been going to Casa Maselli since it opened and continue to be a regular almost every week. Can’t say enough about Marco, the owner — great guy, knows everyone by name and goes out of his way to make you feel welcome. Food is top notch — he knows what he is doing in the kitchen. Grandma pie is the house specialty … very few places offer this type of square pie. A certain place does in Ridgewood, and to be honest Casa Maselli’s beats it by a wide margin. Highly recommend and consider it to be by far one of the most quality pizza houses in Bergen County.

I Have been going to Casa Maselli since it opened about five months ago. The owners Marco and John made a point of asking my name and where I was from and made me welcome on my first visit. On my second visit Marco greeted me by name. Everything I’ve had there has been fresh and delicious. For starters the pasta fagaoli soup is one of the best around and any of his pizzas are worth trying. although I normally order plain pizza, the Grandma pie is outstanding.
My wife and I have dinner there at least once a week and my friends and I lunch there often. Everyone we’ve recommended Casa Maselli to has had a great meal. If you are looking for either a good meal at affordable prices or pizza or takeout, you will not go wrong with Casa Maselli.

Casa Maselli arguably has the best pizza in the Northern Valley.
The pizza has a very thin crust and seems to come out of the oven exponentially warmer than most pizzas. The Margarita pizza reflects the quality ingredients that go into the pie. However, the Margarita is merely a warm-​up for the amazing Grandma pizza, which is the best I have ever had. The crust is the right ratio of crispy and doughy, making every bite amazing.
The restaurant seems to be developing a neighborhood feel. There seem to be several regulars.
The ambiance is standard for a north Jersey pizza place; however, you’re there for the food, not the design.

I was wanting to love this place. I went a few times with my family and enjoyed the food. I then went one time and mentioned I was involved with a sports program in town and asked if he would like to sponser a team. He quickly said yes and that he was looking to get involved. So a week goes by and I brought my family back to the restaurant and asked again about his sponsership, well he got very belligerant and rude to me in front of my kids. I will never eat at this place again and I tell everyone I know the story of my experience. With his attitude I’m sure he won’t last there long. Moral of the story go to pompellio’s.
