Young’s Laundromat

I had a hard time trying to figure out what kind of star rating I was going to give this place. Let’s start with the important things: The owners are an older couple who are very pleasant. I see the gentleman owner more frequently than the lady owner, but when I do see her, she’s always nice. She keeps the Laundromat decorated with the different seasons/​holidays and makes it very pleasant to be there. The employees are very nice as well. There’s a girl that works steady there named Tracy who is very nice and helpful. The cleanliness of the store is usually pretty good also. So, there’s the good things about Youngs. The bad things really aren’t their fault either. it’s the clientele. It doesn’t matter what day of the week you go, but the company that you share the laundromat with can vary between decent, working class people to down right nasty, trashy types. There’s no rhyme or reason when the latter may be there. Like I said, the owners can’t pick and choose who frequents their business, but when the questionable people are there, it’s really disturbing. I don’t like it at all and have driven up to the laundromat, gone in and taken a walk inside and if I see the wrong crowd, I’ll try to go back on another day. Bottom Line: Great, clean laundromat with mostly good people that go there.
