I Went to prestige in Westport with my sister looking for a reliable car for her and her kids. We pulled in to the lot and were instantly greeted by he made us feel completely comfortable and not pressured at all…

They will take advantage of you. I will never buy a car here ever again. Everything about this place is shady including everyone who works there. This was my first experience buying a car and it was the worst experience ever.

I shopped at the east providence location, and couldn’t be more disappointed, the customer service is awful, i cant even count the number of times i called the dealership and was hung up on before all my questions were answered. When purchasing the vehicle i was told i had 2 weeks to come up with an amount of money needed to cover registration, i came. up with the money and they waited 3 months to register the vehicle for me costing me more charges because of tax blocks from my city hall (had they registered the vehicle when i purchased it there would have been no problem.) I will NEVER shop here again, and i will do what i can to make sure my family and friends do not shop at this dosgrace of a dealership. They claimed that they would help with everything with the purchase of the vehicle, service, etc and i have had nothing but issues everytime i have called.

I couldn’t be happier with out experience! They worked with us every step of the way and were very attentive to our budget and what we could afford. Tony was phenomenal! I would recommend him to anyone down to earth and needs a laugh. All of the people were wonderful and when we need a new car we will be back!!!

Worst auto dealer in the world! Scum of the earth. Do not do any business with them. You have been warned. My susceptible friend bought a 2012 Nissan maxima for $ 20k and had it worth $ 12 months later.

Very disappointed! I have bought cars previously at Prestige and was sure as a repeat customer I would have been treated equitably, I was wrong. I purchased a car and within two days things started to go wrong. Lights coming on, Tire pressure, fuses going out, heat not shutting off correctly. In addition, the car was advertised as having a 6 disk CD player and Bluetooth, however both were not working. I brought the car back and was told that because it was not a safety issue, they would NOT fix the CD or Bluetooth. They fixed the tire pressure light by resetting the tire pressure and told me the heat was fine. A few days past and the light came back on. I called to talk to the owner and left multiple messages (approximately 8 – 10 messages) and never got a call back. I finally just went to the dealership on a day he was there and he still refused to talk to me. He had a manager talk to me and would not talk to me himself. I was not aggressive or rude, just upset at the sheer dishonesty. Long story short, they refused to fix the CD and Bluetooth even though it was advertised as having both. They finally told me they would pay for half, I declined as it was not about the money but rather the horrific manner in which I was treated. Stay away! It is all about the sale, nothing else matters. By the way Manny, grow a backbone and have the common decency to talk to people face to face and not hide behind your mangers. Horrible! ! ! ! If I could give you zero stars, I would.

I read all the reviews before I went there. They had the gmc sierra 2500 that I had been looking for and their price was reasonable. I went there not sure what to expect. my salesman was friendly and not too pushy. the truck was clean and had a clean carfax. I was able to negotiate a price I was happy with. I’m still very happy with my new truck and had a good experience.

Went in here for a car with no down payment. Waited around for 45 minutes after being told they’d be with me in a couple of minutes. Then after a credit check I was told my credit wasn’t bad but still needed $ 3,000 down. What?!?
They advertise «No down payment and guaranteed credit or the car is free»
What a crock of crap! So Prestige, where’s my free car? I won’t hold my breath you scam artists!!! By the way, I just bought a brand new car elsewhere for the same price I would’ve paid for a high mileage car at Prestige. Stay away! Go elsewhere!

Absolutely terrible place to buy a car! What’s wrong with these people? They tried to give me a 12% interest rate with my 780 credit score. They clearly prey on people with poor credit and its just not right. If I had known that I would never have set foot in this place. To top it off, the sales floor is dirty with food/​crumbs on the floor and its just an overall unpleasant place.
The most awkward part was how pushy they were… I agreed to check out financing and the guy forcefully shook my hand to congratulate me on my «new purchase». This was back in 2012 and I will continuously warn people to never go back. There are plenty of great dealers out there — don’t waste your tim with this one.

I would like to give you all some advice STAY AWAY from this dealership!!! I bought a car there and quickly noted on the day I was driving home that the transmission was not feeling right. I immediately drove back to Prestige and told them about the problem. Manny, the owner told me I was «crazy girl» and to not drive so fast. I told him I was on the highway when I noted the slip. He told me not to drive over 50 and laughed. Jeff then came and said they would take care of it to come back the next day. This went on for weeks going back as forth with them saying the car was fixed and me driving home and it still wasn’t right. I had bought and extended warrenty and Manny yelled at me and stated that it wasn’t his problem anymore since it was past the 30 days dice I bought the car. More back and forth and Jeff again got my car sent to a transmission specialist in New Bedford. I thought I was good until the transmission place called me and asked for over $ 2000 to fix the car. I told him I was not paying and to call Manny or Jeff for payment. Well, he called me minutes later stating that they refused to pay. I called Susan Hogan to file a complaint. They called Manny who finally agreed to pay. He called me and yelled at me stating «what the f@&$ are you trying to do to me». I said I just wanted my car. I had to pick up the check to pay the transmission guy and I was so scared. This all happened a few years ago but I would I just heard their advertisement on fun 107 and Unilocal wasn’t around when I bought my car. Manny is a male chauvinistic pig who is such a bully. He is a terrible business man and I would not expect that his staff would be another better since he is the role model. Jeff was nice but he should really branch out on his own. STAY AWAY!!!
