Scott was very kind and helpful. He took the time with Bonnie that she needed. He explained all her troubles to me. Bonnie is my 1999 Bonniville. She’s been around the block but she keeps on bringing me wherever I need to be. Scott, the guy at counter really took care of me while I was waiting… He had a TV, and a library of magazines to pacify me. It was like having a waitress at a Doctors office. There’s coffee there too. The tires that I purchased were very reasonable and Bonnie loves how she can take a turn without her backside sliding all around on these winter roads. She loves her new winter boots.

I took my truck into Auto Select for oil change service. This was my first time here and I was redeeming a voucher for a free oil change that I had won in a raffle. The oil change took 25 minutes. They only recommended that I replace the battery soon and gave me the load test print. They did not pressure me to let them put in a new battery. I left without a bill. Additionally, they could have charged me for a quart of oil because my truck needs 6 quarts… but they didn’t! Smooth service all around. Thanks!

Very nice and friendly… however…65k tires worn out at 40k. Said they’d prorate new ones, then changed their mind and are trying to find a way around by blaming my shocks (inspected and fine) and not rotating at exactly 6k miles. Very disappointed. Won’t go back.
