Went for lunch and was not disappointed! The nacho platter appetizer was one of the best I’ve had, due to their insanely good homemade chips. We all had sandwiches, which were well received. My turkey club was well-filled and had the perfect ratio of toasted white bread to bacon and turkey. Would definitely return, especially to try some of their large beer selection!

If you have an out of state, or a military ID don’t bother going there. They will just turn you away. I am a local who graduated from Westmo but if you happen to get a job in another state and return, they no longer want you there. I am just baffled at not scanning the IDs. We were in a group and they didn’t even accept the military ID! Unacceptable for business.

Went with coworkers after a day of DHS training. We ordered a lil bit of everything lol – zucchini sticks, chicken quesadillas, popcorn chicken & fries, a lamb & beef gyro and finally a NY strip steak with french fries. The quesadilla was pretty damn good but hey, how hard can it be? Zucchini sticks were breaded and fried – a little mushy but still pretty good. The fries looked to be handcut which i love but they were definitely not double fried– which gives that nice crispy texture. A little soggy and oozed oil when u gave the slightest squeeze. One of our party ordered the steak and was told«you aint gettin any potatoes or nothing – only fries, its too early for potatoes.» Mind you it was 4 o’clock(definitely not too early for a potato) and he was charged the same price for the salad, potato, veg that was supposed to accompany the dinner. He also asked for some gravy for his fries which he had to ask for again. The lamb & beef gyro was totally indiscernible as to which meat was the beef and which was the lamb. Popcorn chicken was pretty good but again, how hard could it be? I wasnt expecting a five star restaurant when i walked in and saw the Three Stooges plastered on the menu but i was expecting just a tad more. I will say that the steak was cooked well and was very tasty. The décor was kind of like a hunting cabin complete with stuffed jackalopes, deer and bear all about. Pretty cool. Our waitress was pleasant – brought us over a pitcher of soda when two of our party needed refills. I doubt i would go back but i get the feeling that this place is more bar than restaurant anyway.

We stopped by Knuckleheads on way back from hiking in the Adirondacks. We found the restaurant by searching online for a brew pub type restaurant, as we were driving. The place was not overly busy, so we got a table right away, which was nice. The waitress was very pleasant. The draft beer selection was kind of bland mostly dominated by products from the large commercial breweries. There were a couple of micro brews on tap, but we were expecting more with a name like«brewhouse». We ordered a chicken caesar salad, bacon/onion pizza and one of the hot sandwiches. The salad and hot sandwich were ok, but nothing special. The pizza stated«fresh dough» on the menu, but we were really not sure what the dough actually was. Our guess it may have been frozen, but actually the pizza seemed as though it was cooked in a micro wave as the bottom was not really brown. Overall the restaurant was was acceptable, but unremarkable.

We went for lunch — their grilled chicken taco salad was very fresh & tasty — light & not greasy at all. We all really enjoyed sitting out on the patio. Very fast & friendly service — all around, a great experience!

Amazing wings. Garlic and butter… Hot buffalo. If you like wings, this is the place. Close to the highway, but don’t try to follow furnace road.

We went to this restaurant based off other Unilocal reviews, and in were no way disappointed! We had 4 beers, 2 specialities and 10 wings for under $ 15. They had a decent beer selection, at least 10 taps, as well as a large selection of bottled beers. Good menu, the wings were amazing. We had the hot wings and medium garlic and they had us sweatin’ in the best way. They’re definitely not stingy with the celery either. The wait staff was pretty good, gave us nothing to complain about. If you have the chance, it’s definitely worth stopping by!

I will never go back. Worst server experience I’ve ever had. I was so embarrassed for my family that was there. The lunch waitress short with dark hair 7÷23÷13. She aggressively argued then yelled at one of our party. Over her opinion of an out of state ID. She told us if we didn’t like it we could go somewhere else, so we did. 4 of our group of 6 were regular customers that will never go back.

Knuckleheads restaurant by day bar by night. This is a great spot for lunch or an early dinner. The food is very good, wings(whatever style), burgers, club sandwiches, and The Chief(a steak sandwich) are all awesome. During the day it is kid friendly and the staff is always really accommodating. Later at night it’s basically less of a restaurant and more so a bar, lots of locals here since this is the only bar in Westmoreland. My two problems 1) Its very small and cramped, during warm months there is a deck with seating which helps. 2) It’s definitely not a «Brewhouse» any place that has 3 or 4 beers on tap shouldn’t even be allowed to put Brewhouse in their name. Definitely worth stopping in for the food, and the redneck biker atmosphere.

First place I have ever reviewed without ever having a drink or a bite to eat. Driving through the town, craving a cold(real beer) and a small bite of food to hold me over, we stumbled upon knuckleheads BREW house. Asked the waitress what was on tap. Ummmmmm Coors Light, Miller Lite, Budweiser and Heineken. ??? Ok, so I guess the good beers are in bottle. What do you have in bottle? Ummmm pretty much what we have on tap. ??? This place has the audacity to name itself a brewhouse and doesn’t have a single respectable beer on tap? All the food on the menu was deep fried, but can’t really write anything negative on that, because most people see nothing wrong with that, so all I can do is explain how blown away I am at deciding to call yourself a brewhouse and not taking any pride in serving a decent beer.

Great local place. Excellent wings and«the chief» is one of the best phillie cheese steak sandwhiches around. It’s definitely full of locals, and sometime has a vibe that you have walked into a private party, but the food and service are good. Great burgers too. If you want good bar food, knucklehead’s is the best around.

During my visit home, I must sound like a broken record telling friends & family how bad I’m craving some decent wings. Well, maybe they took me too literally! That’s just what I got at Knuckleheads; they were decent. They do have a giant selection of different types of wings. I just wanted the plain old traditional hot wings and they were pretty good. They could have been a little crispier and the sauce could have been a little thicker. I didn’t really like the setup here, either. There isn’t really a good place to stand — the bar is big & round but crowded, and the other half of the place is all restaurant-style tables. I heard this place gets packed for lunch and all my friends seemed to love it, but next time I’d rather go somewhere with a little more space.
