Dunkin’ Donuts

This place has bad service; the employees never get the order right or prepared well. The staff turnover every month and newbies overfill your coffee with cream and sugar and ruin it.

Gross!!! Drive thru this morning was not busy -/​ordered 4 orders of 9pc hash browns and ½ dozen donuts… Waited for the hash browns and requested for ketchup (they never give any till you actually ask for it) once I got home… I find this… Ketchup was sticky slimy of something… All the ketchup was stuck together… Gross!!! Didn’t want my daughter to eat the hash browns either… I will call corporate… These employees have dirty filthy hands… Yuck!!!

I went to this outlet on 63^rd street, Westmont, and ordered ham and egg wrap with Iced coffee. It was the worst Iced coffee I had in my life. I liked the wrap. A good option to try Baskin n Robbin’s icecream at the same place.

Worst location ever? From the entrance to the exit this layout is awful. Parking to go in and waiting in line for the drive thru are a hot mess making it difficult for cars to maneuver. Unless I DESPERATELY NEED coffee and I am passing by, I would not stop here. Before noon, the drive thru has proven overcrowded weekdays and weekends alike — leading to long waits for coffee to go. Other crowded locations typically take no longer than 5 mins but this one takes close to 15 mins. Also when I inquired about signing up for DPerks rewards program the drive thru cashier was unfriendly as could be. Good coffee but poor customer service.

I think it’s time for me to finally write a review here! I can only rate the drive-​thru considering I never go in. I often stop here to treat myself to coffee before I go to work. This location is very convenient for me and I always get my coffee just perfect! Sometimes I get a donut for breakfast which lets face it who doesn’t like something sweet for breakfast! The employees are always so nice and upbeat even when it’s very bright and early. Sometimes the line is a bit long in the morning but I understand that most people are there for the same reason and getting their morning kick. However it moves pretty fast so it hasn’t been a problem for me! I definitely will be coming back for my morning kicks!

This place is ridiculously incompetent… I normally don’t complain or write reviews but something has to be said. I have had this particular location screw up my coffee order 4 days in a row, it’s not really difficult either (Carmel iced coffee, cream only) and they mess it up on Friday, twice on Saturday, Sunday, and today. On Saturday I went and ordered 4 coffees for myself and some friends… the only one they got correct is the XL black coffee. I get that mistakes happen but this is out of control… I will NEVER go back to this location!

There is a reason DD is my favorite chain! This one has a Baskin Robbins, too! I needed something quick to keep my stomach from growling since I was on my PE teacher schedule of early lunch. I had an appointment right before this, so I had to take advantage of this place
I went with my usual quick/​nutritious/​delicious/​hearty stand by: The Wake Up Wrap with Ham x 2. Now, if you’re trying to stay mean and lean (even on the road), the DD Smart Menu is money! Now, am I saying «go ahead, eat out every meal playa!»? No, because you will eventually fall off. But if you need a quick non carbohydrate (sugar) meal that won’t spike your blood sugar like Lil Wayne (idiot) spikes his purple drank, DD is the way to go!
I love how Joy (my cashier) had the SAME favorite donut as me. Just plain glazed baby. They did have an Irish Crème donut and if I didn’t already have my oatmeal earlier at my parents’ house, I would have got it.

This is a very standard DD location. Size wise, it’s very typical and located on the south side of 63^rd Street which is convenient for people driving towards the expressway in the morning.
Very fast and efficient drive-​thru and I’ve had similar experiences when walking in as well.
Also, if you fill out the survey that is given with your receipt, you get a free donut next time you order a coffee. Highly recommended!

I only started eating Dunkin Donuts again recently. There was nothing wrong with it, I just worked at one for my first job when I was 15 and I got to the point where the smell turned me off.
Anyway, I’m still not a donut fan, but their sandwiches and bagels are really good. One time they were out of all the bagels I would have liked, but that was the only time there was any kind of issue.
